MIller is union mad beer (Teamsters) and I think the PBR line is UAW made.

The idea of the union buying the bakeries isn't unheard of, if they did a co-op. The Steelworkers Union is partnering with Spanish co-operative conglomerate Mondragon to develop worker run and union represented cooperatives. http://www.usw.org/media_center/releases_advisories?id=0523

I think with money men killing industry, the only answer is for workers to buy it themselves, while still competing on the open market. That's market socialism, which gives the perks of self management and ownership, plus market competition, and instead of workers, it's useless money men left out in the cold.
