So, this delusional, sycophantic AW stirs the sh*t for everyone and then plays victim and attempts to draw in more players that would rather not know her?
Amirite?

The one stalking "all of us"? Wouldn't be Agent Shirtless? (Yes, I know he's been named, but he will always be Agent Shirtless to me.)

Poor General Petraeus. He has amnesia, so he can't even remember. That he's pregnant. By his evil twin. Who's in a coma. And he's lovers - with Susan Lucci!

Despite sounding a little loony, she kind of does have a point though. How and why are 911 calls being given to the press, can you just go and request 911 transcripts? I know they can be used in court but I'm pretty sure they're not public record.

http://www.ncsl.org/issues-research/telecom/confidentiality-of-911-ca l l-recordings.aspx

"When news outlets play recordings of 911 calls, they reveal the distressed voices of victims of crime or others reporting accidents. For some victims, the recordings are painful reminders of incidents they wish would remain private, and they may include information about medical conditions or mental health concerns. For members of the media and others, the public has a right to these recordings, which can provide accountability if there are problems with how calls are handled by the agencies that respond to 911 emergency calls.

Six states-Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Wyoming-keep 911 call recordings confidential. Five other states-Georgia, Maine, Minnesota, North Carolina and South Dakota-place some restrictions on the release of 911 calls or the information contained in them."

So it appears that in Florida, and most other states, 911 calls are indeed a form of Public Record.

911 calls are subject to Freedom of Information Act requests.

Yes, they are. That's why you hear them so often on the local news the day after something happens.

"I wouldn't care - if they got the facts right and the focus was on the criminal that stalked all of us," she added in an apparent reference to Petraeus biographer and mistress Paula Broadwell. "But the truth will one day prevail."
Then she complained, "to put insult to injury, your police dept gave the local 911 tapes to the press!"
The police dispatch recordings included her cell phone number, she said, so now "I have been receiving threats all night."
Kelley said she was not sending her daughters to school and her husband, Dr. Scott Kelley, was sleeping at the hospital, "because it's just gotten too difficult to even pull out of our own driveway."
"I'm scared and cannot believe what my city - in which I have contributed so much of my love, time, money and leadership, has now done to me and my innocent family,"

Oh FFS, what a damn drama queen. She sounds just like my sister, who is an evil manipulative biatch, a dogged social climber, and a perennial victim, no matter what she did to bring disaster on herself. I have no doubt this woman is the same way.

I think they are public record, and that's why we get to hear them so often. But the police usually take out the personal info, just as a matter of courtesy. So they either forgot or somebody at the police department is enjoying this woman's pain.

There is absolutely nothing in this story that cannot explained by the Florida Tag. Anywhere else this would be indeed be very strange.

her husband, Dr. Scott Kelley, was sleeping at the hospital, "because it's just gotten too difficult to even pull out of our own driveway."

Yeah, that's it. Of course, it could also be that he just found out his wife has been having 30,000 emails worth of cybersex with another man.

Do we know the letters contain cyber sex and not fawning flattery? I know a few women who are very flirty but don't cross the line into sex. Older men love them and think of them as good girls who are just little sweethearts. They are flattered by the attentions of an adoring younger woman. To an outsider (and some spouses) these kinds of interactions can certainly seem inappropriate. It is an exchange of flattery for favors, after all. The fact that this Kelley woman was taking the time of two United States generals to write testimonials for her sister's custody case is certainly inappropriate.

Today she learns that emails to the Mayor of Tampa are public record too.

I'm so glad that the Six Degrees of Tampa Bay Attention Whores game finally reached Bubba the Love Sponge. Hulk Hogan can't be far behind. Somewhere Matt Geiger and his buffalo are wondering how they can get in on it.

The couple not only lavished attention on top officers from MacDill Air Force Base, but cultivated friendships with Florida politicians - even if it meant being pushy

Pushy social climbers. Ugh. She might need a new career now, like full-time attention whore.

The stories of lavish parties and dinners drive me to distraction. If she was determined to spend money she didn't have, couldn't she have thrown a little to, perhaps, the Wounded Warriors Project? The impression I have gotten thus far is that her only interest in high ranking officers was how it might benefit her. I see no evidence that she ever thought to try to bring some benefit to someone else; an active duty person with need or a hurting veteran, for instance. Why would a person fritter away that kind of access without trying to help those in painful situations?

The Kelleys got where they are my incurring massive debt which we all will wind up paying for -- now that's redistribution of wealth!
That debt also made them vulnerable to foreign intelligence services, and for that reason alone they should never gotten close to high command nor allowed free run on a military base.

Most women aren't taught selflessness and empathy anymore. Whiteknight all you want. It won't change reality. That a woman like this would act like this given that her beauty allows her to never be held to account really should not be a surprise. You can ignore this reality at your own risk.

Do you want to have an honest discussion or are you just interested in launching an ad-hominem in the hopes that she'll sleep with you?

Try finding a woman who gets by on her brains, not on her looks. I'm far from the best looking thing out there, but I care about people. Volunteering at a Wounded Warrior event this weekend, volunteer at my son's school, raised over $1K for Susan G Komen with just TWO other helpers (both awesome women in their own right), and I refuse to apologize for using my brain.... which totally explains why I'm single. I was stupid for a couple of years to put up with my now-ex, back to using the brain again.

Um, I'm not a white knighter; I'm a woman. Generally, women have never been "taught" selflessness and empathy. It's part of the human condition. And if you think this Kelley woman is a new, modern type of woman, you really need to bone up on some literature. As a type, this woman has been around for a very long time, indeed. Although, the heydey for this type of woman (and her male equivalents) was the late 18th century and the entire 19th century. Read some Edith Wharton, for goodness sake!

Now, about that bad breakup of yours....

After reading this article, I've come to the conclusion that Mayor Buckhorn is a pretty astute guy. She invited him to numerous events and he never attended one. When she e-mailed him twice in the space of 30 minutes requesting he "step in", not only did he not comply, he released the e-mails to the press.

Guess he's off her guest list from here on out...
