skinink: AT&T only rapes you once a month, no stabby stabby.

Meh, I'll risk the occasional blade to the gut in order to not have to use AT&T.

See, why the kid even CARED is what I don't get!

It's a problem of motivation, all right? Now, if he works his ass off and T-Mobile double-bills a few extra customers, he doesn't see another dime. So where's the motivation? And here's another thing, he probably has eight different bosses right now!
That's should be his real motivation - is not to be hassled. That and the fear of losing his job, but y'know, it will only make someone work hard enough not to get fired.

I'm still somewhat amazed that people consider XKCD to be so funny. I mean, I've laughed at some of his stuff, but the majority of it...really?

(He wrote a math problem on a check and then "what now, biatches?"! Ha ha ha! It's funny because Verizon won't know what to do with it!)

IMHO a lot of is "ha ha ha - I get the joke, therefore it's funny and I'm so smart!". Humor via a sense of superiority.

No, it's genuinely funny to science, math, and computer geeks. I don't know about you, but I don't make evaluations about whether other people may or may not know before I "decide" to laugh at something.

Just came to brag about being grandfathered into Virgin Mobile's $25 unlimited* data plan with 300 talk minutes.

*really they mean 2.5GB which is throttled if you go over.

Yeah, I'm gonna guess the answer is no, that one's now on the house.

Oh, I hope they bill him anyway. His attorney will have a field day with it.

The best call I ever got working for TM was when the husband thought the dog ate the phone and he was calling his phone number and putting his ear up to the dog's stomach to see if he could hear it ring......

My husband's best call ever...... ( we both worked there ) "Mam, if you put the gun down, I will give you minutes". Just put the gun down. PLease don't shoot my dealer. "

Seriously? I don't want to go back to T-Mobile, but that is a nice deal.

I bet he only does at most a solid twenty minutes of stabbin' a day.

Now that we had a chance to meet this young man. Boy he's just a straight shooter with upper management written all over him.

This is why they're shocked and saddened.

Something tells me T-Mobile is going to owe him a lot more than a month of service.
