chumboobler: I should have known better. But I didn't. I didn't hurt anyone or infringe on anyone's rights. Just like this guy in the video. I went away with a lesson learned and moved on. This guy should be afforded the same.

On cross examination the next time he is on the stand,

"Officer, you made a judgement call when you arrested my client, because you saw him with a shotgun directly after he said he was going to kill someone"
"Is this the same as the judgement call you made when you stuck your head in a bucket of urine?"
