I've seen this and was absolutely fascinated by it. Although whenever i hear him talk i wonder if there isnt' some level of brain damage.... or maybe he has always been like that.

I'm thinking...your brain doesn't know whether it is "accidentally" or "purposefully" denying it oxygen and it would seem you could get severe brain damage. I guess training could attenuate that process, still...
