She'll b president this by this time next year. The GOP impeaches and convicts President Obama over Benghazi (with Hillary's help) remember she started the birther movement. President Biden picks her to be VP HRC then knocks off Biden who has had health problems in the past (brain aneurysms) BOOM she's president.

They will go after Joe Biden for writing bad checks at the Chinatown Fuddruckers (along with violating DC's noise ordinances by blasting Foghat from his Trans Am) at the same time, which would make Boehner president.

In all honesty, I don't see her as the candidate in 2016. I think the Republicans should run some like Rubio and while Hillary could politik circles around the man, the disparity in the images would doom her from the start.

I would suggest the Dems go with someone like O'Malley(MD Gov) but preferably from a state we don't already carry. If Tim Kaine (VA Sen) does well in his term, we might want to think about him to lock up a 'swing state' and then going with a female or ethnically representative VP.

I don't think either party can run a non-diverse ticket at this point, and connecting with the Hispanic vote as we move forward is crucial to either party, though the Dems already have the ground game laid out. The county demographic is changing fast, and the party the best moves to adjust will win the White House in 2016.

If Clinton wants to run she's going to get the nomination. I'd bet a lot of money on that.

I want to be very clear.

I am a reformed Republican voter. I've now voted for Obama twice and in the last election for almost every Democrat on the ticket. I think the Clintons get an unbelievable pass for some of the crap they've done (including NAFTA). I also don't believe in legacy presidents. With that said.

I WILL NEVER VOTE FOR HILARY CLINTON. Ever.

Few details of Ms Clinton's visit on Wednesday and Thursday have been revealed, but it is understood she will visit close friends, one whom is connected to the Carnegie Mellon University. It also believed that:

THE 150-strong entourage is likely to visit Penfolds' Magill Estate for either a wine tasting session or private function.
THE entourage has booked more than 100 rooms over several floors at the Intercontinental Hotel on North Tce.
HEAVY traffic restrictions are likely from late Wednesday ahead of her anticipated arrival that night.
HER entourage will leave Adelaide on Friday morning

The Buffalo News is going to a pay wall model with 10 free articles a month, similar to the NY Times.

The difference is, the NY Times can get away itch it becaus it has lots of content people wan to read.

Sigh. Back in the day, Buffalo had two thriving daily newspapers. Now I sometimes wonder how much longer they will even have one.

I've been a fan of Hillary Clinton for some time and I would have been happy to support her in 2008, had she gotten the nomination instead of Obama. But I really don't see her going for the nomination in 2016. She turned 65 last month, which means she'll be 69 the next time we vote for president. If she got two terms, she would be 77 when she retired from office.

That's too old for any president, and I think she knows it. It would make her the second-oldest president after Reagan, and I don't think she would want to have to deal with that particular comparison.

Don't let Paladino color your perception of western New York. Erie and Niagara counties are consistently Democratic counties in every election.

The support that Paladino got was more about regionalism than about political ideology. The old upstate-downstate divide. People in western NY often feel (rightly or wrongly) shut out of power in Albany, which they view as controlled by downstate interests. Paladino happened to be a lunatic teabagger, but any populist politician (either left or right), running on a campaign appealing to regional grievances, would have gotten similar levels of support in the counties of western NY.

So much this.... I still think Clinton got incredibly lucky with the .com boom. The nostalgia of his presidency is a little overhyped IMHO
