MrEricSir: So what phone do you own then?

Sorry, product ownership and fanboyism are two unrelated concepts.

I know that. Fanboyism is when you make nonsensical arguments to explain why one product is better than another like you have been doing throughout the entire thread. Why are you so scared to answer the question? Here, I'll even go first. I have a Samsung Infuse and an Alienware mx11 instead of a tablet. Your turn.

I haven't said a single thing about product quality.

Seriously, if you have to lie to make your point, you don't have one.

Fine. Fixed. Now answer the damn question.

Because when you're making a tech product and there's a number in the name, there's a convention as to what that means. Violating this convention offers serves only to confuse your customers.

Since Google's not stupid, the only possible reason for the Nexus naming scheme is that they want to confuse their customers because they find this beneficial. In other words, they've taken Microsoft's naming strategy from the 1999-2007 era.

Citation needed. Go look at the model numbers for some tvs, receivers, routers etc. and come back to us. Now answer the farking question. The effort you are putting into avoiding it is hilarious.

And again, Google's customers are smart enough to know what it means. It is just a certain other company's customers who are confused by such simple things.

Arguing with someone as stupid as this troll is always taxing. Are you as tired of that idiot as I am? He doesn't understand the concept of numbers and when offered an out (that he's just trolling) he doubles down saying that, no, he really is confused by "decimal points" and numbers that follow them.

One wonders how he feeds himself if he does try to earn a living in "tech" as he claims.

I don't often put farkers on ignore, but when they have an IQ below 50 it's almist the only thing you can do.

Cheers. :)

Normally I would agree. I am actually really enjoying watching him squirm out of admitting that he has an iPhone and iPad. I bet his computers are Macs too. But don't you dare call him an "Apple fanboy".
