Clearly, as soon as I find meself a man and settle down in marital bliss with the white picket fence and 2.5 kids, I will suddenly stop caring about other human beings beside my husband, kids, and if there's anything left, maybe myself; girl's gotta have her hair and nails done, ya know?
I'll have mine so I can stop thinking about those friends of mine who can't get married to their partner. In fact, now that I'm married, those gay friends of mine are actively out to destroy my new-found bliss with Mr. Hubby and I must shun them.
I'll have to stop volunteering for the Domestic Violence Shelter, of course. Can't walk in to a DV shelter to counsel battered women with all those love-bruises. I mean, don't get him wrong, he loves me, he was just so damned angry that he got passed over for promotion by a farking negro who was more qualified than him and had worked longer at the company than my hubby, but it's because of that damned 'equality' crap LIBS are spewing nowadays.
That's another thing, those mother farking minorities only wanting MY (hubby's) hard-earned cash! If they want to live like me then they need to go out and get themselves a goddamned job! Of course, I quit my job, Hubby wanted me to you know? But, it's better this way. Have lots of time on my hands.

bootman: The GOP more or less does not hate on Asians. Why did Asian Americans break for Obama slightly more strongly than Latinos? My limited knowledge puts Asian Americans more in line with with Caucasian Americans than Latinos socioeconomically. That would imply that the GOP's economic message is failing with Asian Americans and could also be failing with Latinos, implying that the Latino anti-GOP vote may be only partially linked to immigration policy.

Asian Americans are all about education? The GOP is the party of anti-intellectualism. What do you expect to happen?

Shocking. The groups that Republicans have been rude to wanted to vote for the other party.

I cannot understand why Asian-American citizens would not be interested in the Republican party's message.

My theory is that Asian Americans are very much turned off by the GOP's anti-education stance. I can't back this up, but I wouldn't be surprised if Asian Americans were by and large less religious than Latinos - and definitely less Christian - so there's also a much, much smaller opening for the GOP in terms of social policy.

Autopsy

Technically it's a vivisection, something I'm normally opposed to, but I'll happily watch this one.

monoski: There were about 50 voting districts in Philly where Rmoney got ZERO votes and someone told him he had a chance in PA. Haha

Halfway through election day, the campaign pulled people out of OH to help get out the vote in PA, thinking all they needed was one final push there to win it.

It's just really sad, shocking, full of wondrous farking schadenfreude to look at the post mortem of his campaign. Dick Morris purposely lying about poll results to "boost morale", ORCA not being tested until election day and failing miserably, their counting unanswered door knocks as a yes on polls, the almost non-existent ground team...it's amazing. They really were in their own little world.

Lumpmoose: Obama got 76% of the gay vote so the GOP needs to start marrying gay people ASAP.

I guess the GOP being secretly gay just isn't enough for the gay community.
