Flint Ironstag: BalugaJoe: Where is the start button?Classic Shell fixes that. If you make a product and lots of people get a third party add on to make your product usable then maybe you should think about where you went wrong./Likes 8, with Classic Shell.//£25 upgrade from XP.Still throws me every now and then. Like today I had to open a PDF, and it opens it with the default app which is a Metro app. I wanted to quickly bring up a calculator to add up some figures in the document, but Calculator is a Desktop program and the Start button isn't available in Metro...So from being able to quickly bring up a calculator on top of an open PDF document you now have to swap between Metro and Desktop, which means you can't have the calculator and the PDF visible at the same time. This must be the first modern OS that has actually moved away from multitasking.I can fix it of course. I need a proper PDF viewer that opens in Desktop. But then why bother with Metro at all?
