this. the press can be pretty brazen at times given the rights of homeowners with respect to lethal force. However, I bet it would be hard to justify in court shooting a camera crew and reporter to death on your front porch.

1) Paula Broadwell is married. Therefore, Broadwell is her *husband's* name. These two old people are not responsible for their *daughter-in-law*. The New York Daily News reports Dr. Broadwell said he was astonished when he heard the news of the affair on Friday. When asked if he'd spoken to his son, Broadwell told the Daily News "Of course, he's my son."

2) this is the standard response you get when showing up with a camera at *any* residence on Sanibel Island.

3) Old people are grumpy. SHUT DOWN EVERYTHING!
