Oh yeah....Jonathan Banks....I met him at a celebrity golf tournament back in 2002. (CSB.)

And you're right....they should have stopped after Beverly Hills Cop II.

/Holy shiat did III suck donkey balls.

The sequels already accomplished that.

/Seen a little of Jackson's work. I really don't think he has the charisma to carry a show like Eddie did in his prime.

I'm glad I somehow missed out on those movies in the '80s because now I don't have to get angry and scream NO!

That gives me an idea. Maybe I should stop partaking in any entertainment so that 20 years from now I'll be much happier when Hollywood rapes it.

Aaron is a terribly uncool name if he's supposed to be the son of Axel Foley.

I hope they give him a better nickname.

He can always be "Double-A"

Or "Dave".

In other news, Hollywood "creative executives" continue to attempt to recreate the movies and TV shows of their own adolescence, unaware that current young people have no idea what they are talking about.

I find that this is the only question I actually want the answer to.

/At least Judge Reinhold. Or for god's sakes, throw Ronny Cox a little work.

Will there be any bananas in tailpipes???

I thought the headline was referring to Axl Rose, which made me think, "Please no...it's bad enough that he has offspring. Whatever you do, do NOT give them attention."

Maury Povich: Axl Rose, in the case of Honey Boo Boo...you ARE the father!
Axl Rose: *chewing on a KFC drumstick* GIMME FOO, GIMMIE FIE, GIMME DABAZABAZAA!!!
Maury Povich: Uh, that's not even your song, dumbass...
Axl Rose: *continues chewing*
Maury Povich: We'll be back after these commercials.
Honey Boo Boo: *shakes belly at camera*

Well, George Lucas was in it, so that pretty much made it a certainty.

Second one was the EXACT same as the first one.

I've always thought BHC would be a great USA Network show.
Fish out of water and all that.

2012-11-14 11:12:38 AM
And in the role of "stupid laugh"...Steve Urkel.

// good god
// where are we going to set the over/under for "number of episodes before cancellation is announced"? 3? 5?
// there is no justice in the world if that does better than the Clerks cartoon (6 episodes, I think only 2 or 3 aired)

The first was good, but it took itself too seriously. The sequel was a straight-out comedy. I do enjoy the first film, but I enjoyed the Reinhold-Ashton-Murphy scenes immensely, and it was just outright funnier than the first. "My name is Johnny Wishbone. I am from the island of St. Croix..."

Pity about Brigitte Nielsen.

Um, no. The second film is mean spirited crap from a film crew hopped up on the entire cocaine output from Colombia. Tired retreads from the first film, which had a fresh spin on the tired fish-out-of-water concept. Murphy is reduced to schtick. Read up on the behind the scenes.

I certainly refuse to enjoy a movie unless i know everything that happened behind the scenes, and approve of such.

Jesus, he liked it. Deal with it.
