"Most likely work with Democrats"? Maybe needs a "hero" tag if they're willing to eschew obstructionism.

Eh, no one needs to copy it for me, that's what I kind of figured.

Funny how RINO doesn't have the sting it once did, except maybe in the primaries. So how did usurping Lugar work out for you SOBs?

I'm surprised they didn't pick Snowe first out of nostalgia.

As sad as that is, it's kinda heroic in modern America. There's a risk associated with siding with the Dems (the derp patrol can get you primaried out in your next election bid) and your actions will help save people or increase their standard of living... so that fits pretty much any definition of hero considering how the tag is thrown out as loosely as it is on Fark.

It's pretty said but these days, that deserves the hero tag.

And Lindsey "Climate Change is Important, Unless My Caucus Says It's Not" Graham? Please. The only slipperier shiat than him is the actual shiat in his colon.

So... the only Republicans that are worth mentioning.

Still Republican, just as solid a set of Conservatives as you would want in any position or office of note.

The more Teabagger-ish don't qualify as Conservatives. Fundie batshiat crazy assholes... yes, but Conservatives... no.

It feels terrible now, but in time they'll see it was God's gift.

RINOs of the Congress unite. we have nothing to lose but... well nothing.

I'm having a hard time seeing how this matters with the metric tons of derp going on in the house. Forging a coalition in the Senate seems purely an intellectual exercise rather than practical.

You know what could be fun?

All the libby lib libs decide on one particularly obnoxious/loony Repub.

Then all the libs drop subtle comments near their batshiat family and friends about how they heard "something" about how Senator X is really just a RINO.

For example, in thousands of households in the US, on Thanksgiving...

"Hey Uncle Joe. I thought I heard something about Senator X being a RINO. What's that all about? Oh you don't know either? Maybe I misunderstood since I wasn't listening that close, but I really thought I heard the radio say that Senator X was working with Obama to get a tax hike passed AND amnesty for the illegals."

Could be fun.

I noticed I had Chris Christie there twice. I can think of an obvious joke for that but I will just correct it.

You're right. They should never, ever work with Democrats. They should be as greedy as fark for their entire terms.

/And we should never, ever give them any incentive to do what we believe should be the default action for a Senator, either. Incentives are for those dirty lobbyists.
