As a bit of an aside but am I the only one who thinks Alison Brie sounds so much like a porn star name that I have to pause and remember she's just a normal actress every time I hear it?

You know he's just doing a voice, right?

Or have we entered the yearly Elf re-run Ferrell rage season?

Anyways, Nick Offerman versus Chris Pratt? They have excellent chemistry as Ron and Andy on Parks and Rec, so this might actually turn out to be amazing.

If Alison Brie is just lending out parts of herself, I can think of a couple I'd like to get ahold of for a while.

Alison Brie has a voice? I never noticed that.

Why not, it's voice work. Guy will make 7 figures for about a week's work.

Is that what Nic Cage, Christopher Walken and Ben Kingsley use these days?

So... the same thing that has been happening with animation since they started talking? Even Pinocchio and Snow White had a lot of voice actors who had gained fame doing other roles before hand.

Liam Neeson and Will Ferrell have both done quality voice acting jobs before, so I'm not going to fault anyone for including them in another animated movie.

Shy put-upon underling rises to greatness. That's my prediction for the plot.

Gives me hope:
The LEGO short-film/special on the Cartoon Network, LEGO Star Wars & other superhero games, just saw Wreck It Ralph, visited a LEGO store at Disney World

Gives me concern:
February release. Smurfs and the 9 bazillion other kids movies that just suck

Probably worth a shot

I am going to build an Allison Brie out of all my legos. Then I am going to have sex with it.

Liam and offerman will be decent.. but really? will and brie? will hasn't done anything decent since SNL.. and they could replace brie with any saggy titted girl.. very generic for voice acting.. way to cast!

I heard that you can hire Liam Neeson for children's birthday parties.

kingsley, neeson, cage each have an oscar. they can do whatever they want. paraphrasing samuel l jackson, kingsley and neeson probably grew up to never turn down a paying gig, cage is just broke. and walken is just walken. he said he always wanted to do comedy but was type cast as the scary bad guy, now he's just doing whatever he wants.

It's so unusual to see him as the bad guy though. I farking love sleepy hollow as his performance is just the cherry on top. Also, I like the attitude of turn nothing down for certain actors. Kind of like, "fark it. I'll do my best, improve this piece of work, and get paid." I fully respect that.

Every Lego game for Wii/DS/PS3/etc. has been fantastic so far. The Lego Star Wars special was done very well also, and there are other shows on now (NinjaGo).

Plus Lego is huge. I doubt they'd approve of something that makes them look bad or is poorly done. And with this star power it should do well.

There haven't been that many bad animated kids movies in recent years either, unless you count Space Chimps, which is possibly the worst movie of all time.

Wil Farrell? Why, is there is a scene where the character is required to be pantless and shouting?
