Someone is going to have to make a run from the prison for suitable sustenance for the new baby. That someone is going to run into someone from Woodbury. Hilarity will ensue.

WTF is going on with Andrea and the 180 personality reversal? I think the Governor is spiking her drinks with something.

She has walls around her, a bed to sleep in, food in her belly. She doesn't want to go anywhere. Michone knows what's going on and is ready to GTFO, but she's attached to Andrea (are they banging?) and doesn't want to leave without her. Otherwise, I think she'd already be gone.

/have not read the comics.

I've not read the comics, but she seems to like latching onto the cock of any fairly confident, 'in-charge' type of guy.

Theodore was a good walker hunter, and a good man. He was one of us. He was a man who loved the outdoors... and carrying boxes, and as a walker hunter he explored the lands of Georgia, from farm wells to highways and... up to... prison. He died, like so many young men of his generation, he died before his time. In your wisdom, Lord, you took him, as you took so many bright flowering young men at Atlanta, at Hershel's farm, at the prison. These young men gave their lives. And so would Theodore. Theodore, who loved being silent. And so, Theodore "T-Dog" Douglas, in accordance with what we think your dying wishes might well have been, we commit your final mortal remains to the bosom of the prison, which you loved so well. Good night, sweet prince.

Someone on a scouting mission from Woodbury heard the alarms from the prison. There'll be an invasion soon.

With Lori out of the picture, *someone* has to absorb all the dumb, and that someone is Andrea.

Michonne has the right idea about the Governor, but she's not playing it very smart by being Frowny McScowl all the time.

She also needs to learn to shut the hell up at other times. You really don't need to get into a "I know what you're REALLY up to" conversation with the Governor while at a distinct disadvantage.

This. She knows what he's capable of, yet she's totally egging him on.

Exactly that.

You would think that someone as savvy as Michonne would realize that, and know enough not to draw the Governor's ire (which should seem considerable to her, given how she put 2 and 2 together on that attack against the National Guard members).

Good to see ya, good to be back!

I probably won't be around for tonight's broadcast, but I'll definitely see it (and have something to say the next day).

Cheers!

Unless I missed something vitally important, right up until the bullet holes in all the new equipment were noticed, Michonne was treating the Governor and his people like the biatchiest biatch that ever biatched for little known reason - her and Andrea have very little reason to suspect anything is up here, other than sheer lack of ability/desire to trust anyone.

The way that people we are newly introduced to are treated by our Hero group, just doesn't seem to make much sense at all, frankly.

Also, what -did- happen with the prison sirens? There was someone hanging out in the generator room that we'd never seen ,that set 'em off, and then he got whacked. ?

I have a feeling that they've started deleting important scenes to maintain time constraints.

It would make more sense if you paid closer attention. It was the inmate that Rick chased down and left outside for dead after macheting his buddy in the headin the 2nd episode.

It was the skinny black dude that the sheriff locked in a yard with a bunch of zombies. He survived and decided to get some payback.

SO, what, we saw that guy on screen for a total of like 5 frames before Rick chased him down? I'd be expected to recognize him again? How could he possibly have survived?

Serious personal hygiene problems allowed him to blend in with the walkers, once he stopped screaming like a banshee?

Did she think zombie apocalypse meant puppies, rainbows and the end of all inequality in matters of race and sex? Or just the walking Dead isn't written in some Rainbow Thinktank?

Have you read Watership Down? Cause that's what they are cribbing from now.

(Not that it was an original idea to begin with)

The show has certainly improved this season but now I almost long for the farm instead of watching them play Dungeons and Dragons in those cheesy, ill-conceived, poorly painted prison sets.

But yes, I will still tune in every Sunday night. I do love the show in spite of its endless flaws.

No, I don't care either.

I thought it was odd that they kept showing Michonne's sword on the governor's shelf. Was that symbolism? Foreshadowing?

I thought he was pretty recognizable (unless maybe you are racist and all black people look the same).

We saw him running fast and carrying an axe. Presumably he ran away from the zombies quickly an grabbed an axe to survive.

Yep. I called his "zombie bar mitzvah" in an earlier thread. Carl whacked his own moms and is now a stone-cold badass. Any other possibility is unthinkable. (Unless they continue to shamefully crib from Romero and have a mother eat her child)

I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. The writers making the right choice will certainly help the young actors bank account.

It's either really bold or really lame to rub her (and the fans) face in it. The character we were all promised would be a total ninja badass was neutered in two episodes.

I saw him just long enough in the generator room to figure out that there were two different guys there. Maybe my brain takes some acclimation to fast action scenes.
