I hate to agree with you on this, but you're probably right. Maybe they can play well enough to get a more favorable match-up and maybe get out of round one, but any road to a championship that goes through the Heat is going to be a tough one for the Knicks.

Yeah, and this time I wouldn't blame the Knicks' penchant for "being the Knicks" as now there are just better teams in the conference. Not unlike the MJ days when NY would probably have a championship or two under Ewing if it weren't for those meddling Bulls.

As a Nuggets fan, I'm no stranger to one-and-dones. They're kind of the same boat with NY as OKC seems to be the class of the conference for at least another year or two. Still, I'm high on Iguodala (great acquisition), Ty Lawson, meat in the paint (McGee, when not a moron) and our depth is pretty solid. I'm hoping for a solid showing in the WCF.

How about a Knicks-Nuggets Finals?
