In what way(s)? I remember trying Hipmunk and really not caring for it (can't remember why at this point)... went back to Kayak. What am I missing?

Hipmunk has a fantastic user interface. At work I have to buy my travel through the worst site devised by man. I always use Hipmunk to figure out which flight I want then hunt it down on our crap system.

besides hipmunk one also try Vayama, especially for international travel.
