Eventually they're going to genetically engineer food to a point to where I can eat a pizza every day for dinner and still remain healthy.

Truly this should be the goal of any advanced civilisation. I'm going to have myself frozen until this reality comes true. Also I like the idea of a cryogenics factory with thousands of tubes, and on the front it says what they died of, so when science has advanced enough to resuscitate them. "25 stab wounds in the back", "Prostate Cancer", "AIDS", "Wants pizza for dinner", "Extreme old age", "Decapita... wait, go back, what was that? Pizza? We can do that now!".

Do you have a regularly published opinion piece I could subscribe to? Maybe a online journal or blog? Newsletter, perhaps?

That would be awesome.
I swear to god, Pizza is like modern day lembas bread. A small bit can feel filling and sustaining, it's good at any temperature (even lukewarm its passable, I think), etc etc.

As long as the cheese isn't manky...

Of course, that assumes you're eating the correct style of pizza.
