Griffey probably would win in an election here - seattle suffers from cognitive dissonance for that guy that I'll never understand. We'd vote for him in a heartbeat... but then he'd have to figure out how to qualify for an election in a state he has no intention of spending the night in unless someone gives him 2 million bucks. The dude loathes seattle but the locals can't seem to grasp it for some reason.
