Ego edo infantia cattus: I like them both so much, I checked both of the boxes.

Wouldn't it be great if it were a tie, and we just let them take turns being president?

Their kids would be quite handsome, eh?

What's up with the polls showing North Carolina? Most of them have Obama winning, but give it to Romney.

2012-11-06 08:26:33 PM
Okay, someone pass me the alcohol; I will be nervous until we hit 270.

How's Ohio, Virginia and Florida doing?

vygramul: If Obama wins I can guarantee you that within a week banks will close and soldiers will be marching in the streets.

Of course, it'll be Veterans Day.

Charlie Crist should really just come out of the closet and become a Democrat. He could be a fun new Barney Frank, but Southern Style!

imontheinternet: robsul82: FL: Romney +9067, 50% reporting (CNN)

...?

That's not what I just saw on MSNBC. But, quit thinking any current Florida numbers mean anything. Florida numbers won't be in until after the election is over.

FL numbers go dem early, panhandle closes later and always trends gop, my money is on FL going red, possibly even without having to mess with the numbers this time.

2012-11-06 08:27:10 PM
Florida neck and neck right now.

2012-11-06 08:27:10 PM
According to the BBC (pardon on my reliance on 'ferner media), the percentage in FL is 48.4% Democrat, 50.9% Republican.

Fizpez: Ohio is 60% Obama 40% RMoney with all the big cities but Columbus in.

I don't like that. Doesn't feel like a big enough lead with all the cities in.

2012-11-06 08:27:20 PM
How the heck does FL go from 55% reporting to 50% reporting. WTF?

Bartleby the Scrivener: Nbc calling kenya for obama.

NBC has just called a second Kenya for Obama.

wademh: I really need a star trek version of one of these.
The problem is, while I get a visual with Ryan and a Ferengi, personality-wise I make that as a Romney match. Romney is OK as a Romulan.

Just make ryan a tribble. Problem solved.

mayIFark: WTF is wrong with VA? Or is it that all rural area reported so far?

Typically, yes. In 2008, McCain was still ahead at 9pm.

The Great EZE: MSNBC did something smart by listing the difference in vote count between candidates but no indicator to show who's leading. I'm too tightly wound to read digits.

This.

mayIFark: WTF is wrong with VA? Or is it that all rural area reported so far?

State's holding up on releasing results because people are STILL in line to vote in the big cities, 90 minutes after the polls closed.

Fox News is extremely pissed at Chris Christie. The votes aren't even counted yet and they're in full scale attack and blame mode.

roflmaonow: bloobeary: CNN updated florida:
OBAMA: 50%
ROMNEY: 49%

53% in

Wow that's very different than before.

They had Romney winning 3 to 1 in the most democratic county in the state. Of course it's different. You'd think they would have picked up on that statistic being total bullshiat before airing, however.

mayIFark: WTF is wrong with VA? Or is it that all rural area reported so far?

Yeah, I think the urban areas in the north are among the latest reported.

mayIFark: WTF is wrong with VA? Or is it that all rural area reported so far?

It's all rural. Northern VA, which is Democratic, takes FOREVER to report.

patrick767: Florida is a dead heat. Not this shiat again.

It's not just a dead heat. They had 53% in a little while ago. Now it says 50%.

That's the wrong direction.

Lets just win FL early and call it an early night.

It baffles me, that the most dirt poor sections of the country, the ones with the very least to gain, and the most to lose, are voting for Romney.
