Chabash: Okay Farkers, I need a good reply to this that completely cuts away the argument of the person that posted this statement.

"I am still astonished and embarrassed that my home states of Washington and Oregon consistently choose statism over freedom. What happened to the pioneering spirit, the individual responsibility and self-reliance that settled and founded these states?"

We hit the Pacific Ocean.

Hack Patooey: Glenford: They just showed the Florida ballot on CBC. WTF? An 11x17 sheet, double-sided for a ballot?

Yea, mine was like that

No wonder it takes 6 hours to vote. That's seriously messed up.

2012-11-06 08:11:36 PM
Why does NPR show the Electoral votes as O:66 and R:71? And CNN is O:64 R:40?

Both have been showing this for a few minutes now.

2012-11-06 08:11:41 PM
I posted in a new election thread!

Why not? Big easy to mark blocks you can't screw up. Know your target demographic.

Not looking good for Mourdock. Johnson County loves him, though.

The full text of 11 different amendment proposals pretty much took up the entire second sheet.

2012-11-06 08:11:49 PM
CNN's Peter Hamby reported that a senior Romney campaign official told him that their internal polling yesterday showed President Obama winning Ohio by 5 points.

2012-11-06 08:11:49 PM

RealAmericanHero: Romney lost his home state. I know it was expected, but it's still farking hilarious. The people who actually lived under his governorship want nothing to do with him. And people still actually vote for this asshole.

He is also going to lose his birth place home state too.

Dow Jones and the Temple of Doom: Glenford: They just showed the Florida ballot on CBC. WTF? An 11x17 sheet, double-sided for a ballot?

Yep, and we had two of 'em.

This is why your state deserves the tag.

And to clarify, I love sports, and I'm not saying that it's necessarily bad that America loves sports so much. I'm just saying that the fact that we break down sports and election results in a similar manner doesn't mean we're trivializing the political process.

The Third Man: robsul82: FL: Obama +72461, 45% reporting (CNN)

But wait...some county just turned in a vote count of -10,000 for Obama...

I would assume that means there were 10000 more votes for Romney in that county, not adding a negative to the totals...

Makes perfect sense, the panhandle is deep red, Obama hasn't banked enough votes, Florida's going red, that's one down...

My State is so red, Obamavich doesn't stand a chance, but I don't like the other guy either.

Any Farkers in the same boat should consider doing what I did.

d-fens99: Sweet flaming monkey balls, is Obama winning Ohio?

Sure damn hoping so! If he does, that's gonna cut at least one of the nuts off of Rmoney's campaign chances.

2012-11-06 08:13:22 PM

Coco LaFemme: Obama could win 270 to 268. I don't care. As long as the man is re-elected.

Yeah, a comfy margin would be nice, but not required.

2012-11-06 08:13:29 PM
