The Sheriff of Nottingham is up to his old tricks again, I see.

It's the old burn down the Ye Olde Sherwood Forest Strippe Club and Inne and blame Robin and his Merry Men gambit. Tried and true. He does something like this every damn episode of all the TV shows and twice in every movie.

Well, Made Marion is out of work again.

And its back to the street for *riar *uck and his Royal New Forest Novices.

Will Scarlet can always busk with his mandolin in front of the liquor store on welfare cheque day. Will always lands on his feet, like a Canadian Lynx.

The hardest hit is always Little John. He worked as the bouncer at the Olde Stirwood, as it is fondly known to locals and habitués.

Let me guess: A mysterious cloaked figure showed up for the amateur night competition, and blew them away. The Sheriff got involved, and the next thing you know, the place is burning to the ground while the anonymous amateur runs off with the winnings to give to Charity, the pregnant stripper who can't dance anymore.

This is fairly local to me. It's a sad day. There are only so many strip clubs left. Probably less than half a dozen in a 5 hour stretch of the 401.

Sorry. As much as there's nothing to do in Belleville, it's always seemed nice because we say, "Well, at least it isn't Trenton," as we hold our noses while driving through.
