Aracnix: Remember folks:

There are not 2 choices for president. There are 6 candidates. Vote for which best represents you and your beliefs, not who you are told will or should win.

(As a former Obama voter, may I direct my fellow disillusioned Democrats toward Ross Anderson of the Justice party...)

NJ had more than six. Jeff Boss of the NSA Did 9/11 Party was a real highlight.

Hell no. You have to take up this opportunity. Ten times out of ten if you submit a Photoshop Contest as "Photoshop this Farker's daughter" it won't get greenlit.

Herbie555: Martin Silenus: Voted in Bradenton, FL. The clerk gave me trouble. Swiped my card, then declared I was an "inactive voter." I told her this was impossible, as I had voted in 2008 and 2010. She looked miffed, called someone on the phone and kept spelling my name and birthdate for five minutes. And reluctantly admitted that I could indeed vote -- hell, she even said to this person "I'll LET him vote."

Stories like this make me kind of stabby...

Imagine how I felt, after spending two hours waiting in the goddamned rain to vote.

I don't take anything Luke says seriously after he pimped the fark out of the "horserace" media meme following the first debate and did his best on Twitter to downplay Ryan getting his ass kicked by Biden.

Go back to the VP Debate Threads, I posted some idiotic tweets of his during the debate.

No. So called "ground games" are very, very active today. In fact, this is probably their busiest day of the year doing things like making sure all known supporters vote, convincing any last minute undecideds, and busing elderly/homeless people to the polls.

redqueenmeg: PanicMan: redqueenmeg: PanicMan: Gay casinos for Maryland!

Can you win gay people there?

Those are the two main ballot questions. Gay marriage and another casino.

Got that. I was trying to make a joke. I failed.

However, I am determined to succeed at something today. I am going to go find a cat to hug.

Oh sorry, I wasn't sure, today it is hard to tell. Here was my original joke response:

"I always do!"

Implying that I'm gay and go to casinos. Neither of which is true. But I supported both. But that's not really very funny response, so I went for the serious response.

hmm, not in NC there isn't. We had two choices.

I'm in North Carolina, and I had more than two choices on my ballot for President. I don't remember seeing Ross Anderson's name, but I did see Gary Johnson and Jill Stein as options.

ManateeGag: why is Fox so butthurt over the Obama mural?

Honestly I get where they are coming from. You can bet we'd be hearing it from the Left if there were a huge Romney mural in a polling place.
Although over on DailyKos they said they'll feel sorry for GOP voters in that polling place when Black people in the South no longer have to walk past statues of rebel soldiers on their way to vote, so y'know, grain of salt from evaporated neocon tears and all that.
