Are roads and bridges only available to an elite class or something?Clearly you don't understand. The country provides the framework for those entrepreneurs to succeed, be it infrastructure like roads and bridges, electric grids, internet. Civilization where you don't have to worry about constant bribe payout to corrupt officials, or mob shakedowns. Public educations systems that provide you with an education and a well educated pool of potential employees. All of these things figure into the success of an individual entrepreneur, and for them to claim that the government played no role in their success is disingenuous at best.I totally agree. If he was refuting someone who claimed that most businesses could succeed independent of public infrastructure, then I retract my criticism. I thought he was just stating a retardedly obvious point (the government builds roads) to pander to a bunch of college students.Here's an idea - listen to the farking speech.
