That's about the derpiest picture of them that's available; I know that Playboy does a lot of photoshopping of its models to remove even very minor imperfections, but they also know a little about hairstyling and makeup, and even though their magazine shoot leaves them looking a bit luded out, they at least have the trailer court scrubbed off of them.

Yes, they aren't the greatest example of Playboy material, but they have that whole twin/triplet gimmick going for them and clearly they can be "fixed up" to pass the strip bar test for looks.

I knew a club owner in the DC area and I know for a fact that the special feature dancers are guaranteed a small fortune for appearances, typically a 3 day stay, and can often double or triple that guarantee in tips and "extras." To be barely eeking out what appears to be a crappy living in some 3rd rate strip club in some obscure Ohio town, leaves me with little doubt that drugs/booze/thecrazy is playing a much bigger role in this story than first indicated.

By "extras", of course, you mean turning tricks. Not that big of a deal since many of them are from hardcore porn anyway and they're usually not in any given town long enough to get busted for hooking. Not that they really need to do anything X-rated, necessarily; they can make money just off of autographs and posing for pictures if they're well-enough known, and sometimes not even that well-known.

I went to a local club with some buddies of mine because a minor-league porn star was appearing there, and one guy was a major fan. He brought along a stack of DVDs for her to sign, and she just plopped down in his lap while she signed them and chatted with him for about 90 seconds (he had already paid her manager, I don't know, maybe $10 per signature), and one of us took their picture.
