It's prom night all over again, Sarah. No matter how hard you wished it, no matter how many furtive handys you gave under the bleachers, that phone just didn't ring, did it?

2012-11-06 08:29:18 AM
Hahaha! What a ridiculous gesture. She probably did it just to piss him off.

2012-11-06 08:53:52 AM
What a ringing endorsement. That would be like Joe Lieberman endorsing President Obama.

He has promised to move us toward energy independence, deficit reduction, and responsible entitlement reform that honors our commitment to our seniors and keeps faith with future generations.

There are so many things wrong with that sentence but it's all been said before, so who cares.

Is she talking about Obama or Romney?

Last week, Palin's political action committee donated $5,000 to Romney's campaign, a gesture that was perhaps more symbolic than it was consequential.

Where the hell did the rest of the PAC money go? Or - and this would be delicious - is that all SarahPAC could raise?

And not a single fark was given.

Why does Sarah Palin even have a political action committee?

To part fools with their money?

Jay Cutler beat Sarah Palin to the Romney endorsement. Let that sink in for a bit.

2012-11-06 10:31:38 AM
Sarah Palin offered GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney her endorsement on her Facebook page late Sunday night, just 24 hours before Election Day.

TRANSLATION: The check must have finally cleared.

i think she's talking about Obama. Romney wants to kill green energy, massively increase spending while slashing revenue, and voucherize entitlements to the point of uselessness.

Cutler endorsed Romney? Congrats, Pouty McSacksalot, I thought marrying some vapid TV whore would be your biggest boneheaded move.

Who?

It's not too late if you haven't voted yet Republicans. Vote for the true Conservative. The moral and intellectual heart of the Conservative movement. A real God Fearing Christian American who will govern as our Founders would have wanted. Write in Sarah Palin. Vote for "The One". You won't regret it.

2012-11-06 10:42:27 AM
That could make a huge difference in Alaska.

2012-11-06 10:43:42 AM
Dear Sarah: This is not 2008. PLEASE GO AWAY ALREADY!!!!

2012-11-06 10:44:34 AM
One of the great wasted opportunities in American politics. She could have gone home, finished her term, and studied up on a few things to become a truly formidable GOP candidate in the primaries.

But NOOOOOOO!!!!!! She just doubled down on the derp and became a punchline.

If you believe Thomas Jefferson was into golden showers, vote Romney.

If that darned piece of paper called the Constitution is standing in the way of your idea of a perfect world, vote Romney.

If you think some people just aren't people, vote Romney.

That's a pretty strong endorsement, considering that she didn't quit halfway through the first sentence.

To buy her books at inflated prices. Duh.

That's a pretty weak endorsement, considering she hasn't been relevant in a year and hasn't made a headline in 6 months (pretty much the entire "last-push" toward election day, the best time to make headlines), AND it comes after 30-40% of the votes have been cast, well after most people have made up their minds, and well after any appreciable poll movement could be measured/examined.

One might think she was doing quite literally the least she could to keep face with the PTB in the GOP.

Seems fitting after she ruined the prom from the GOP last time around:

"On Tuesday, please vote for Governor Mitt Romney and the commonsense conservatives running for office in your states," Palin wrote.

Yeah, those currently are about as real as Mr Hanky, the Christmas Poo.

did many people care who Geraldine Ferraro endorsed in 1988?

or Dan Quayle in 1996?

didn't think so.
