I'll try the "It was an honest mistake" the next time I commit a felony. I'm sure I'll be afforded the same deference as Mr. Flake by the police and courts.

I too am a Zonie Democrat...I'm on the fence on this one. It's POSSIBLE that our transient, high-foreclosure citizenry just moves and transfers phone numbers enough that these numbers did belong to Repubs, and that they were in the right voting areas for the calls they received...

However, when you do a phone campaign, you always, ALWAYS have success logs showing the result of the number (this is how you filter out bad phone numbers)...I'd be curious to see such a log to see what names are tied to these phone numbers.

And...what the hell, when did the entire Democratic population of AZ join Fark???
