I too am a Zonie Democrat...I'm on the fence on this one. It's POSSIBLE that our transient, high-foreclosure citizenry just moves and transfers phone numbers enough that these numbers did belong to Repubs, and that they were in the right voting areas for the calls they received...

However, when you do a phone campaign, you always, ALWAYS have success logs showing the result of the number (this is how you filter out bad phone numbers)...I'd be curious to see such a log to see what names are tied to these phone numbers.

And...what the hell, when did the entire Democratic population of AZ join Fark???

lilbjorn: Jail. This shiat won't stop until people start going to jail.

THIS.

Can we stop complaining about this shiat and start doing something about it? Where is an AG with the balls to prosecute this crap?

Well, ours is busy doing hit and run fender benders while he is out boffing his staff during lunch hours, so I doubt he is available.

Supposedly they had records to show the initial complaintent had the same number as a listed member of the GOP here in Phoenix. Maybe it was innocent... Its just, when you keep doing things like this, it is hard to believe its still an accident.

Oh, and my mom is a Dem and definately not a Farker, so Im gonna go with -no, it just seems like it.

I work with a hardcore republican poll worker in Arizona who hasn't admitted to any specific wrong doing. But has said she is too busy to work on any particular campaign but is able to spare a few days a year to work the polls and help the republicans win that way. She is a rabid teahadist, so right now my faith in a fair election in Arizona is very low.
