Agreed, but has the usual idiots started discussing it on TV? Hannity, Buchanan, et al. I don't have cable right now so I don't know if the talk is limited to internet pundits

This isn't an election discussion thread.

It's a drinking discussion thread.

Drinking discussion threads are appropriate at all times.

Commie, pinko liberal. That will mean that there was election fraud. Everyone knows that people lie to the exit pollsters because they are afraid to confront the liberal media so they tell they what they want to hear. Therefore exit polls skew liberal. So if the actual numbers line up with exit polls we know for sure that there was election fraud by the dims.

Ale until a winner is determined, then:

If your candidate wins: Porter, Stout. Sweet victory.
If your candidate loses: Pilsner, Lager, IPA. The bitter taste of failure.

If and when you switch to liquor, it must be that most American of liquors, bourbon. Tennessee whiskey or applejack are also acceptable. If your candidate loses, salty tears mix well with tequila.

2012-11-05 12:22:03 PM

I would just lie to dedicate this song to Rmoney and his campaigne in general for the job they've done this season:

Embrace the silence
'Cause there's nothing
That can change the way I feel
Taken all that you wanted
Now there's nothing
That can change the way I feel

Hold on, little girl
The end is soon to come

Sick of it all
Sick of it all
We will not follow
Sick of it all
Sick of it all
They don't understand how
Sick we are
Sick we are
Of this bottomless
Pit of lies
Behind closed eyes

Oceans between us
And there's nothing
That can change the way I feel
I can still taste the poison
Of every thought,
Every breath I wasted here.

Hold on, little girl
The end is soon to come

Sick of it all
Sick of it all
We will not follow
Sick of it all
Sick of it all
They don't understand how
Sick we are
Sick we are
Of this bottomless
Pit of lies
Behind closed eyes

Someday you'll know the pain
Someday the light will break through
And nothing you tell yourself
Will save us from the truth

Screaming out!
Sick of it all
Sick of it all
We will not follow
Sick of it all
Sick of it all
They don't understand how
Sick we are
Sick we are
Of this bottomless
Pit of lies
Behind closed eyes

Elections are stolen through absentee voting, no exit polling there.

I watched Hannity last night and haven't seen the "stolen" part yet. What I do find interesting is that Hannity does appear to have some doubts...

Many of the pundits on his show keep saying "State X to Romney, State Y to Romney" and he was kind of calling them on it, saying "you really think that will happen?"

Granted, it's not a full-on acceptance of anything, but it seems he may know that Romney likely won't win, but he's gotta keep farking that chicken.

What is the appropriate drink for when the Teahadist take up arms after 0bummer steals the election?

Wait, there are rules for drinking through the election? I already started.

Damn.

2012-11-05 12:28:55 PM
Yeah, it already has.

Either Romney stole it with his preprogrammed and purchased voting machines that are headed for predominantly Democratic leaning districts as well as voter suppression efforts around the country.

Or Obama stole it with ACORN, the Black Panthers, and early voting needs to be outlawed.

A time to celebrate democracy,
Repeal Republican hypocrisy.
This man who would unseat Barack's
A bleak choice at the ballot box.
One Term More!
A G.O.P. perdition-bound,
All sense of right & wrong eroded.
One Term More!
With laws that let 'em stand their ground,
Republicans are locked & loaded.

Contraception's now a sin,
Screwing G.M. in the clutch.
Incivility's a virtue,
Homophobic. Out of touch.
Filibusters. Budget scrums.
Ultrasounds & speculums.
To the Dark Side they've succumbed.

Soon Election Day will dawn,
We were meant to hold this seat!
At the ballot box of freedom,
Unemployment's in retreat!
Now the battle lines are drawn,
And Detroit's back on its feet!
Will you take your place with me!

The time is NOW the vote is NEAR!
One Term More!
One more day to re-election,
And until the music stops,
We will fight to save the jobs of
Teachers, firemen & cops!
One Term More!
One more day to resolution,
We'll defeat those fetid nuts,
We are fed up with pernicious
Talk of prostitutes & sluts!

Watch 'em throwing up,
Minting malcontent,
Drinkin' all that tea's
Made them incontinent!

Dissembling persists,
Divisiveness prevails,
Calling colleagues Communists
Is OFF the rails!

Listen to them spew,
"Femi-Nazi" rage,
Misogynistic rants
From the Jurassic Age!

To Obama's second inning,
He'll drive home another run!
Norma Rae let sisters sing,
Rosa Parks let freedom ring!
For Obama's just beginning,
Yes! The West Wing WILL be won!

AND we'll get the Dream Act DONE!

My place is here, I vote with you!
One Term More!
Emboldened by Star-Spangled myth,
We want a JEDI...NOT a SITH!!!

Petty partisan obstruction's
Why we've gridlock on the Hill!
One Term More!
Healthcare is a right,
Medicare's a must,
Don't let rogue Republicans
Betray that trust!

Speaking of betrayal,
Bullied by his peers,
Tackled to the ground,
Screams turned into tears.

Hunting down the queer,
Cutting off his hair,
SPIKED the ball, yet... "Can't
Recall" if he was there???

It's his character we question!

Mom, apple pie & Chevrolet,
Don't let 'em down Election Day!

That's when we will determine
What our God in Heaven has in store!

ONE MORE TERM!

OTRA VEZ!
(One More Time!)

ONE TERM MORE!!

Oh, and I forgot about Republican calls to ban election polling at least 2 weeks before the election.

Also, we need an amendment to ban the last minute blitz of campaign ads starting the Friday before election day at 6pm eastern time.
