Do not underestimate their powers. It's mind boggling to comprehend a storm that will keep only one type of voter from the polls while others have no issues. This is truly sophistication beyond the realm.

I'm not saying it's aliens...

AND because you can't just effect the voters of one party, why would the President point it at the NE, where you have most of the states locked up? Unless it wasn't the president, it was som... hang on there's a knock at the door.

There's a Libertarian in my office that gets his news from this site. He honestly thinks it's on par with any other source, which makes sense in a way, because he thinks every opinion is on par with the rest. He is truly a product of the modern American media. The ironic thing is that he thinks by dumbing himself down to an unrecognizable lack of intellect, he is somehow a subversive champion of truth and free will. This is how the corporations will rule us. This is...Holy sh*t what's happening to me!?

I love how this sh*t juggler uses the idea of "us against them" to sell his entire site. "What they don't want you to know [and here's some 'evidence' I just pulled out of my ass to convince the 150 million Americans who don't think critically]."

I'm in the wrong line of work. Jesus, I can write better than any columnist I've seen there. And I'm not even particularly intelligent - but I am an asshole and a cynic, so at this stage in my life, I feel it's time to start fleecing rubes. I'm tired of working for a living. Screw this whole "real job" scene.

You would have to put a crapton of energy into the system especially for a hurricane. This wouldn't be a very secret project.

Sorry to quote myself, but the more I think of it, the more I realize I'm approaching 40 and need something that will provide a real retirement. I did mean the part about me not being particularly intelligent, but when I know I'm being paid to write (as opposed to posting drunk and without spellcheck or the preview button on Fark), I can shine all types of turds. It's sorta what I do.

Dilemma: Contributing to our already dumbed-down discourse, or being able to afford that liver transplant I'll probably need in 10-15 years?

Making money off the mentally weak and willfully ignorant is a time-honored American tradition.

Worked out pretty well for L Ron Hubbard, Ayn Rand, Hal Lindsey, and that big haired idjit on history channel attributing everything to ALIENS.

While I've thought along the same lines, I came to the simple conclusion that I would never make enough money to support the drug/alcohol habit I would have to develop to live with myself.

I then began to think about other spewers of such nonsense who have outrageous drug and alcohol habits and wondered why that must be...

The real story is the lack of gas availability, post-storm. This is an alex-jones-worthy story. I've heard all kinds of derp surrounding why the fuel tankers just can't get there. Methinks Romney supporters and Oil execs are almost one in the same. If I wanted to TRY to sway the northeast to voting republican, I'd strangle their hold on gas.

Is Alex really a right-wing shill? Why not pick up on this?

So semi-seriously... what amount of energy would it take to manipulate a storm the size of Sandy? Meteorologists or some smarty-pants scientists can make quantitative guesses at this I would think. I mean it's probably on the scale of eleventy billion jigowatts, but there has to be a number out there. Anyone know about these things?

there are 1,247,020 posts in the infowars/prisonplanet forums. here's a tasty sample:

The NWO/Illuminati/high-degreed freemasonry cabal crafting N.A. for the past two centuries plus, for their dictatorial, anti-human rights one world gov't & Luciferian one world religion, did have the advantage of crafting their Masonic wives, female children and sisters to being their ENABLERS in one way or other. What many 33rd degree freemasonic Satanist respected-in-their-professions fathers apparently in N.A. did was they in the past 100 years in N.A. gave their children, both male & FEMALE over to TAVISTOCK trauma-based/SRA-based mind control programming, so these child-MC-slaves-cum-adult-professional WOMEN could be controlled by the in-charge contemporary MALE high-degreed freemasons. These kind of power hunger, Masonic fathers made sure their little MC slave girls became the JUDGES, DOCTORS and political MINISTERS (say over Education or SK Social Services, etc.) and they were then the puppets, MK ULTRA puppets like many of the males were/are like current U.S. President Barack Obama of the New World Order high-degreed freemasonic males in N.A. & the English-speaking COMMONWEALTH countries, with the British Illuminati red Queen Elizabeth II, as the supreme druid witch-queen she is, TRUMPING them all in power.

I realize that I'm hungover and not thinking clearly but to what end would Obama want to start a hurricane? Why would he want to make it more difficult for people to get out to vote in states he has locked up? I guess if he creates a Katrina- like situation and doesn't completely fark it up like Bush did, it would make him look more Presidential but that seems like a lot of work. I watched a gem of a conversation on FreeRepublic unfold a week ago. The linked article talked about why there were undecided voters this late in the elections. The Freepers started grunting how only a socialist who didn't understand the Constitution and hated freedom could be undecided at this point. Then the conversation further devolved into conspiracy theories about Solyndra and Benghazi. It's like watching a dying fish laying on a dock and gasping for air.

Floridians don't really care about hurricanes. I mean we prepare for them but for the most part we don't lose our shiat over them. The only people shiatting themselves over the one during the republican convention for example were out of towners. No aliens in Late Great Planet Earth, from what I remember, but it might as well have had them. His prophecies were neither Nice nor Accurate, but Lindsey was quite the nutter.

His books were an attempt to map all the incomprehensible Bible prophecies to 1960s-70s nations and current events. Stuff like Gog, Magog, whores of Babylon, beasts with seven heads and ten horns or maybe ten heads/seven horns. That last thing was an obvious reference to the European Union, to Lindsey and his followers.

And naturally, millions of people swallowed this whole.

Obama cocked, locked and loaded a weird-ass megastorm and pulled the trigger on a bunch of solid blue and swing states. Right. Don't you think if that were the case he would have pulled the trigger on the red-as-the-Chinese-flag Gulf and Southern states, that have long-neglected their infrastructures and emergency response programs because Socialism?

Of course, just wait until disaster relief efforts expire and it comes time to clean up and rebuild, and millions of jobs start getting created from it. The derp wing will fall over themselves claiming Romney created the hurricane as the October surprise to show the US the Romney jobs plan in action, in detail.

My brother-in-law. For the 15 years I've known him he's insisted on the fake moon landing thing. Other than that, he was pretty normal.

Then the black guy gets elected and the farking wheels just came off. We can't get to the moon, but we can use nanites for weather control. We can't find and kill bin Laden as it was presented to us, but we can find and capture him without anyone knowing two years prior and ultimately fake his death in the manner we all believe to be true to try to start a war with Pakistan to "ensure reelection." Bin Laden? Yep, he's still alive and in Gitmo, along with 'political enemies' of the President which is why Gitmo remains open. Fear of being sent there as well is why friends/relatives of these individuals haven't come forward.

Can't wait to see him over Thanksgiving after Obama's won reelection. They'll probably have him in a straight jacket.

The thing that I find to be so interesting about these conspiracy theories is that if you look at the logistical side of
trying to manipulate gas delivery...well shiat, it is just tough. You are talking literally thousands of people involved in the production, delivery, clean up efforts, restoration of power, etc.

See, my friend, you are approaching this with what i would consider illogical logic. It's not about a conspiracy to withhold, it's about a 'conspiracy' to not conspire. Not to conspire to bring in an exponential amount of gas in advance, not to conspire to put all resources into recovery of a major metropolitan area..

Sometimes, the conspiracy is simply a convenient inaction to achieve a self-conceived 'greater good' politically. Ask a Katrina survivor about FEMA's (in)action if you need citations.

Although fairly recently, while discussing the death penalty, I (unintentionally) got a mutual friend so angry that he wished death upon my family.

Lol, thanks. You and I both know what these folks are dealing with. And yeah, the storm is being politicized by idiots. All my comments regarding Sandy were of the "I empathize" variety. It's a special, virulent breed of 'nozzle who takes a catastrophe and tries to carpetbag points from it.

We're all Americans, dammit. In the end, we all stand together.

To all of affected: EIP. If here is anything I understand and can counsel about, it's this.

Mugato: Mrtraveler01: Bendal: If Obama was controlling Sandy's path, wouldn't it have made more sense to direct it to Florida, or NC/VA/PA? That way the "President does Presidential things during a disaster" boost would affect undecided states, instead of solid blue ones like NY, NJ, DE and MA?

It did skirt the Atlantic Coast of Florida.

Obviously Obama needs to work on his aim some more.

Floridians don't really care about hurricanes. I mean we prepare for them but for the most part we don't lose our shiat over them. The only people shiatting themselves over the one during the republican convention for example were out of towners. Although admittedly we haven't had one as bad as what's going on up there, at least in my lifetime.

If you're seeking some good Sunday afternoon viewing, check out Jon Ronson (Men Who Stare At Goats, The Psycopath Test, and other great stuff) accompanying Alex Jones as they uncover the Secrets of the Bohemian Grove.

Secret Rulers of the World (video)

The whole episode is 48 mins long, but definitely worth viewing all the way through. Ronson is amazing in the way he gets his subjects to express themselves openly, thus exposing their own absurdity without him ever having the become the enemy.

My favorite part is around 15:40, when the older Lefty lady who lives nearby explains why she is interested in Bohemian Grove: Because it's a secretive space in which the world's powerful people decide important things without public scrutiny. But for Jones, that's not enough-- there must also be literal (or maybe just symbolic) child sacrifice to satanic gods.

That's what pisses me off about Jones and company: Here's a whole mess of obvious targets for would-be reformers, but they fixate on the silly frat rituals. Jones is a showman-- and one who may have drunk his own kool-aid.

Makh: You would have to put a crapton of energy into the system especially for a hurricane. This wouldn't be a very secret project.

Some researchers looked at the possibility of stopping a hurricane with a nuclear bomb. The conclusion was that it was impossible. It would be like stopping a speeding Buick with a feather.

So how many feathers would you need to accelerate a Buick.. Because that is is how many nuclear bombs worth of energy that would be required to create a hurricane.

10 reasons NOT to vote for Obama that are NOT from little boys who make up stories:

• $6 trillion in new national debt under Obama...after he promised to decrease the deficit.

• Obamacare - A massive and incredibly convoluted bill which exponentially increases the federal government's control over our personal lives...which neither Obama nor a single Democrat even read before passing, and which will likely bankrupt the nation.

• In both the 2008 and 2012 presidential elections, the Obama campaign purposely disabled the credit card verification system for its Web site donations, allowing anyone from any foreign country to donate with no limit and no proof of identity; in both elections it was demonstrated that people overseas and people with obviously false identities were able to donate to Obama campaign, in direct violation of several laws. To this day it is not known what percentage of Obama's campaign funds are illegally obtained, since there is no documentation.

• Billions of taxpayer dollars gambled on "green" companies like Solyndra, NextEra, Ener1, Solar Trust and many others - all of which went bankrupt.

• An intentional refusal to enforce federal immigration laws.

• Unemployment at or above 8% for almost his entire term in office (which was actually closer to 15% actual unemployment).

• Operation Fast & Furious - a government-sponsored illegal gun-running scheme designed to purposely go awry so as to induce public outcry for gun control.

• Spent 20 years listening to a racist anti-American pastor (Rev. Jeremiah Wright), whom Obama described as a mentor. On March 18, 2008, Obama gave a speech in which he said "I could no more disown Jeremiah Wright than I could disown my own grandmother" and "[Wright's church, Trinity United] embodies the black community in its entirety." Now Obama tries to pretend that Jeremiah Wright doesn't exist, and that his extremist anti-white philosophy didn't influence Obama's worldview.

• Increased the percentage of Americans dependent on food stamps to unprecedented levels (now over 15% of the nation's population).

• Militarily intervened in Libya in 2011 without the Congressional approval required by the War Powers Act - technically an impeachable offense.

There's plenty more, but I'm not sure that the ObamaInformationMinisters would really want their circle jerk interrupted any further.

there are 1,247,020 posts in the infowars/prisonplanet forums. here's a tasty sample:

• Spent 20 years listening to a racist anti-America ...

• Hes Black.

Heheh. Every. Single. Time. It's like an impish level of derping thunder-squeaks that resound through the little toilet roll hills of Politics, every time somebody like me posts a wittay and factually correct retort (allow me to retort, he says, in Pulp Fiction).. Inclement weather, indeed!

Oh dang - once you throw that down, all the libs libs libs, and Obama himself will vote for Romney. Is it a new November surprise? You were smart to hold on to the good stuff until the last minute. I'm sure it will stick this time.

there are 1,247,020 posts in the infowars/prisonplanet forums. here's a tasty sample:

You're more earnest and sincere than the majority of the liberal folk who snark in Politics. What if I promise you that not only am I not a shill, but I am also not a Republican. Well, I hate to be the one to point it out, ever the one to point to Occam's razor first and foremost, but the Republican party does have a thirty-year history of preaching to the high heavens about the incompetence of government and proceeding to appoint morons, woefully underfund, obstruct, and/or otherwise generally completely cock up everything to fulfill their own prophecies. "Starve the beast" is merely the tip of the iceberg, here.

Yeah, it'd be easy to write off as general incompetence -- if it weren't for the "gubbermints is stupid! Herp derp!" self-fulfilling prophecy narrative. With that in play, you really have to wonder about it...

What's scary is that this person is probably out there, has a job, goes to the grocery store, comes back to their house or apartment or whatever, you would never know it...then sits down at their ancient 386 computer and logs into AOL to read their daily FW FW FW FW YOU MUST READ THIS!!!! helping of email and watches History Channel "I'm not saying it's aliens" guy, has a snack of Banquet TV dinner and wilted broccoli. Then goes to bed under a crucifix mobile and tinfoil shelter to protect their brains from Illuminati brainwaves with a loaded shotgun under the pillow and sixteen hand grenades under the mattress. Only to do it all again tomorrow.

And all the neighbors will say, when he/she finally runs amok and kills half of them in their little complex, "But they seemed like such a nice quiet person..."
