That is because, at least in the case of the North American Bigfoot, there is a terrible civil war raging among the Bigfeet, who reside in an alternate dimension. They come to our dimension to escape the ravages of war. If they die here, their bodies revert to their home dimension. That's why you never find any Bigfoot skeletons.

At least, that was the explanation that some guy stood up and gave on Portland's now-defunct public affairs show, "Town Hall," some years back. *shrug* Sounds plausible.

It's common knowledge that Yetis exist, but he got the location wrong. The majority live in North America and quite a few also seem to live in Europe.

They created some bullshiat team building thing at work where I am now in a group called the "Yellow Yetis." As stupid as that sounds, at least I'm not a "Purple Pixie."
