They sound concerned.

But somehow I don't think they'll even remember this issue come Wednesday.

2012-11-02 10:39:36 AM
from the code they link to in tfa:
"(d) Nothing in this section precludes an agency from considering or acting on any matter not included in a regulatory flexibility agenda, or requires an agency to consider or act on any matter listed in such agenda. "

HOLY SH*T THIS IS IMPORTANT

Is this like that earlier report that said that Obama hadn't been giving quarterly reports as required? Turned out it was true...he was sending monthly reports instead.

I'm sure they'll get around to it as soon as they close Guantanamo, cut the deficit, enforce our trade agreements with China, restore the U.S. as the leader in space, reduce health care costs, and reform immigration.

also, according to the response to the republican request, the OIRA says (warning: PDF) that they published a unified report in February 2012 and are currently compiling the next update.

The number of countries with robotic laboratories on Mars is one. In case you're wondering, it's the US. What were you saying about how the US is not the leader in space?

Bonus: The landing was photographed by a satellite that orbits Mars that the US also put there.

That was the pre-outsourcing, when we could get our own people into space. But I'm sure that outsourcing will have it's benefits, like lining the pockets of Corporations at the expense of taxpayers. If there is anything that is American, it is corporations robbing Taxpayers.

Because although Obama has been a mastermind at hiding his second term plan of forcing everyone to have gay marriages and abortions, and declaring that all firearms shoot flowers instead of bullets, he would slip up and write it all into this report.
