That looked like... a city being rained on. You could shoot a video of any city while misting the lens with a spray bottle, and get the same result. I'd like to see a timelapse of one of the neighborhoods downtown that got flooded.

CSB" In the 60s I was riding the ferry home and sat on the back. About halfway across all the lights in Manhattan, Brooklyn and NJ went out. Only SI had power because of a Con Ed plant on the island. A woman screamed.

Then the biggest full moon evah came up behind the Brooklyn Bridge.

Stays with me to this day.
