Lets throw in Blassreiter.

Each story arc is pretty much worse than the one before it.

Shadow Blasko: You know what the saddest thing I have ever seen animated?

I mean, besides Jurassic Bark?

But.. I'm not a Squirrel! I'm a boy!

Still makes me cry. Every damned time.

/I am a silly human.

That's my single favorite scene from that movie. That may have been my first experience with Schadenfreude. I guess because I found that squirrel so annoying.

Or maybe I'm just a psychopath. Who knows?

Sick and Tired of Being Sick and Tired: Here's the entire shuttle attack scene

And here it is recreated in stop-motion with actual Transformers toys: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RfS7fIBBoDM

He's done like nine or ten scenes from the movie, but he hasn't done any for a couple years. We need someone to pick up the slack!

Keizer_Ghidorah: peterthx: Keizer_Ghidorah: People crying over lines and ink/pixels and coding.

/don't be an asshole

Sorry, but crying over the farking Transformers commercial cartoon is like crying when Shia "died" in Revenge of the Fallen.

/at least the movie series had the balls to actually kill people

1986. Generation One. No main character had ever died in the show. The movie comes out, we see most of the Season One and Two characters, all well-known and beloved to the kids of the time (especially Optimus Prime), brutally slaughtered before our eyes. Maybe now you'll understand why it was a sad moment.

Megatron must be stopped. No matter the cost.

I was seven. Saw it happen in theaters. Watched a vhs copy every day for I have no idea how many years. Kup was awesome. Rodimus I could relate too.... then the new episodes came out. Not sure what happened because the movie was awesome. Still watched them of course.

Also, watch GIJoe the Movie sometime. They were going to kill off the joes the same way they killed off the Autobots, but then the animators were shifted to Transformers to finish it first because it was the hotter property - and killing Prime destroyed the whole thing. Duke was supposed to die when Serpentor stabbed him in the heart, but because Hasbro was afraid of another shiatstorm they made them change the dialog. Then Hasbro fired the animation company and got a new one to turn the joes into a 90's PC crapfest.
