Did you read it? People accessing info on farming, medicine and social issues, and contacting their family members working abroad. At $2.40 an hour it's not cheap by local standards but when your husband has a decent job in the Gulf that's affordable, even in Bangladesh.

And that's for a full hour of skype time, I'm sure it costs a lot less to just get an answer to a question or information or whatever you wanted, especially considering it said that they charge the equivalent of 12 cents for filling out college forms and stuff.

Thanks Lenny Bruce. You might want to read up on how international emigration works. Hint: nobody wants immigrants who aren't actually rich or highly skilled. The husband in this case would be working construction in Dubai etc., making ok money but with no rights whatsoever. They wouldn't allow him or his wife in as genuine residents and neither would the US or Canada.
