In an email conversation with NPR, ccAdvertising's president, Gabriel Joseph, wouldn't address the messages sent last night. He said the firm has always scrupulously complied with the law.
Living on technicalities is no way to go through life son.

So I full expect them to get nothing because of someone not wanting to get accused of a political witchhunt or stifling free speech or what have you.

What? One of the top contributors (Bob Parsons) to a negative campaign ad superpac (Restore Our Future) just happens to be the former CEO of the same company handling the DNS for political SMS smear campaign? I'm shocked.
