PirateKing: TV's Vinnie: Slaves2Darkness: TV's Vinnie: You know, for a multi-billion dollar, nuclear-fueled rover, it hasn't really gone very far lately. How many meters did Spirit/Opportunity cover in it's first three months? Are you a Republican? I ask because that literally is one of the dumbest dam things I've ever seen someone express, and I spend a lot of time on Fark and Reddit. And why is that? It's a legit question. For a rover it certainly hasn't done mush.......roving.When you land in the right place, roving isn't required. And be patient, it will do more roving when it's done with the tasks at hand scoop.
HellRaisingHoosier: I'm not sure why, but this photo blew my mind for a moment. To think, at this very moment, is a mobile robotic device that we humans have sent to another planet. So awesome.
ZeroCorpse: Hey. Look. It's a robot in a desert. How fascinating.
