Blowmonkey: I don't know. I understand some of the "consumerist" style complaining deserves this sort of thing. I only listened to the first two, but they were legitimate complaints - the guy making the calls just seems like he's being a dick for no reason. Which is a magnitude worse than the people tweeting about a bad customer experience.
