(Yahoo)   Bill Clinton takes on central role as Obama campaign's "closer," because Bubba can get away with "saying what Obama cannot say." Such as, for example, "Hey, where are the white women at?"   (news.yahoo.com ) divider line

I keep seeing the "Bill Clinton for President" TV ad, is he running again? Oh, and some African American guy walks by at the end.

Someone who has more skill than I do needs to photoshop Bill and Obama's faces into this pic:

Actually, Gene Wilder kinda does look a little like Clinton in that pic.

I have been assured that when Obama affects a southern drawl, it's racist. If he speaks in a voice other than that of a wealthy white man he makes people uncomfortable, and it's therefore racist when he does it.

Fortunately I don't need to see these people on a regular basis. Which is good, because they're still sore from me laughing at and mocking them.

Bill wouldn't ask that. He would ask " Where are all the fat white women at?"

I love me some Bubba, but he is a chubby chaser

I do admit the "no holds barred" nature of this campaign has led to the awesomeness of Clinton and Biden just being themselves. It's not always productive, but damn it's entertaining.

Ever since he became President, Omaba also cannot say that 'white people drive like this' without it being racist.

Is there a current Republican version of Clinton? A man who sort of can bring in outsiders and soothe their fears while holding the base together with ease?

No. Maybe Reagan.

Well, there is nothing stopping Romney from using Bush Sr/Jr on his campaign too, so it's all fair....

Well, Obama certainly isn't going to take Clinton to Denny's, of all places. Because if he did, they would probably make him pay up front, before he even ordered.

Came to say this. The man is an excellent speaker and incredibly bright.

Even more so when contrasted with the temper-tantrums the GOP players have been throwing for four years.

Maybe it's just that Clinton has been through eight years of the GOP's childish shiat and he's all, "This is me not giving a fark about your noise".

Used to be McCain until he decided an octogenarian presidency was preferential to standing up for what he actually believed in.

Nah, not necessarily. Bill just goes for low-hanging fruit. Chubby? C'mere, let Ol' Bill talk to ya. Paula? Bless your heart, you ain't the prettiest thing, but that's OK.

Combine his charisma with the fact that he has demonstrably low standards, and you start to understand that Bill likes the sure thing.

JFK's idea of a Perfect 10 was Marilyn. Bill's is a 4 and two 3's.
