Hurry! Get on your Obama phone and call someone who cares!!

NY and NJ are getting all the press and money is flowing into those states. The states getting less press need supplies too.

Gee, it would be so different than what he did back in April when he gave out sub sandwiches in Wisconsin for votes:

It's not as though he has enough donations to help EVERYONE.

I mean, where would a guy like Romney get that kind of cash?

He can't even ask his parents to loan him some. Poor Romney.

Patently false accusation is false.

They need money and blood, not cans of cream corn and pumpkin pie filling.

The Red Cross does not want to deal with a ton of miscellaneous food products.

I've got a few cans of Vienna sausages that expired over 5 years ago. When can the Romney campaign come by and pick them up?

They were probably more interested in the sandwich... I mean, it's Wisconsin; they're a bit over-saturated politically at the moment, and also quite fat.

If it were FALSE, why did the campaign need to issue a clarification?
Seriously ... LOL

If they MEANT all the states affected, why did they enumerate the "important ones"
HAHAHAH HAHAHAHAHAHAH HAHAHAHAHA

but he's giving to charity, that's what matters. not that those cans aren't going to help that family get their house off Rt. 35.

Doctors having the gown and the stethoscope is what counts. Taking care of the sick? WTF - how does that work.

While Romney is a dick and his donation campaign is dickish, this isn't actually true.

I love how it's essentially a blog with links to other blogs (albeit mostly CNN-based blogs). The only link I saw in there that went to a major news outlet dealt with McCain being an idiot at a rally.

Way to politicize death and destruction Romney. Very Presidential.

Eventually we'll find out Romney caused the hurricane.

I think I'll stick to disagreeing with Romney on the issues and be glad he's helping somebody.

Thanks, though?

Obama has 1 hour... ONE HOUR... to have Donald Trump donate to relief supplied for NY and NJ. If he doesn't, then obviously Obama does not love America.

Came here to say this. Instead of donating to his church this year, why not donate to all the effected states?

Mitt has to send supplies to Virginia, North Carolina, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania because Obama is preventing FEMA from helping the people in the rural parts of those states in the hopes of preventing them from voting.

Still more than 47% that he is worried about.

2012-10-31 04:14:37 PM
Because giving to Blue states would be Socialistic, I guess. Giving to swing states is actually a bootstrappy decision, he's investing the donated goods where it will get him re-elected. I'm sure the 'job creators' are on board with this thinking 100%.

2012-10-31 04:14:39 PM

Romney is collecting donations, not distributing them.
If you want him to collect donations from the people hardest hit, you probably work for FEMA.

Your blog sucks, subby.

Because

a) Democrats don't deserve any more charity. They already get way more than they deserve

b) Where is the financial gain?

c) The Mormon Church gives millions of dollars a year in charity, so giving to the church is donating to the affected states.

Okay, so being upset about Romney pretending to hold a relief event so he could continue campaigning was fine. I mean it was close to being all pouty but still I thought it held a teenie bit of water. But this is getting stupid.

Don't get me wrong, you still get a planet, but it just isn't very good. Flat like Kansas, too hot in the Summer and cold in the Winter and worst of all populated by the Spemin tuber blobs who argue with you all day instead of obeying your whims.

2012-10-31 04:24:34 PM
The upshot to all of this? 'Romney' is becoming so synonymous with 'douche' that pretty soon we'll be able to use them interchangeably. We won't have to type 'Romney is such a douche' anymore, we can just type 'douche', and people will know that we mean 'Romney'. The number of yearly carpal tunnel cases will drop drastically, keyboards won't wear out as quickly, and data usage will drop significantly. It will be a better day for all. We really could just start today. Here, I'll go first:

Douche really thinks that he can get away with pandering so blatantly? If I were a douche supporter, I'd be insulted.

What's important is that he appears to be doing something. Just ask Paul Ryan:
