Say what you want about their fees and general annoyances, subby, but I've flown Ryanair a lot of times and I've always arrived in the right city at the right time. Alive even.

RynaAir are like every other budget airline (and increasingly the non-budget ones). Know what to expect, pack sensibly, and ignore all the upsells, and you'll do just fine.

/flying Venice to Rome with a different budget airline next month for 29€, and that's the total.

I will always choose Aer Lingus, because their flight staff are always way hotter.

My European trip would not have been possible without Ryanair. Oslo to Manchester for $55? I'll put up with their cramped seats, and pay per everything for that. Plus how is that much different than any other airline nowadays.

Paid 50 Euros to fly from Spain the UK last year one way

Flight was 2.5 hours late, but still only 10% of what British Air wanted for the flight.

I will pay a few extra pounds to be able to bring a bag, land in the actual city I want to go to, and be able to put my seat back. Ryanair sucks.

It all depends on the type of travel you're doing. Trying to hit as many major cities in Europe as you can with a light pack, it's perfect. However, your aging mom and dad with their 8 suitcases should likely fly with a more traditional airline.

I resent having to pay 10 euro to read that article about RyanAir. This should have been disclosed in advance.

I don't fly with a drunken bogtrotter on the yoke anyways.

If you assume you will be lied to about the price you will actualy pay and that the airport will be at the arse end of nowhere when you land then Ryanair is not too bad.

Sometimes its almost as cheap going for a main carrier when you add in travel expenses and time.
