Well, it's true. If think that there is really any difference between the two major party candidates, or that it really matters what corporate lapdog gets to pretend to be in charge, I have a nice bridge to sell you.

I'm just more concerned on taxes and budget. We need to raise taxes. One candidate refuses to raise any and the other wants to raise taxes on the wealthy. Their budgets are also very, very different. For the issue I'm concerned about, I would say they are very different.

There is a marked difference between Obama and Romney.

Obama got us out of Iraq, is winding down Afghanistan and is trying to stay out of Iran

Romney will invade Iran.

Obama ended the 15 month extended repeated combat tours with no time off in between.

Romney will invade Iran with the army he has not the one he should have. The one with his sons in it.

Obama wants to keep health care reform.

Romney wants to repeal health care reform.

Obama wants to keep PBS and FEMA.

Romney wants to destroy PBS and FEMA.

Obama wants to keep abortion legal and available.

Romney wants to ban abortion or at least legislate it out of availability

Obama saved the auto industry.

Romney wanted it to go bankrupt.

Obama wants to build the weapons the military wants and needs.

Romney wants to build the weapons his buddies can make money on.

There's a big difference between Obama and Romney. War and peace. Health and illness. Freedom and government control of womens' bodies. Prosperity and bankruptcy. Weapons and boondoggles.

Think about voting for Obama. And if you've already made you mind up to vote for Romney, do what Romney does all the time. Change your mind and vote for Obama.

Oh fark the budget. It matters not a whit except to the Faux News talking droids.
Government debt has no relational parallel to how most citizens conceive of the concept of debt.
Stop being a victim and pay your teachers better and maybe you'd understand this.

As I see it, the difference is between a slow march off the cliff and a wild careening full speed ahead push into oblivion.

While neither outcome is good, one does allow for eventual course correction.

I'm gonna say the guy surrounded by neocon foreign policy advisors is probably more likely to drag us into another protracted war than the guy being criticized for pulling troops out of the Middle East too quickly.

Well, gun control doesn't work.Unless you somehow manage to shut down the entire international arms trade, you're just pissing in the wind. All that money and effort should be spent elsewhere where it might actually do some good. Opposing ANY kind of research is full derp though, I'll give you that. Oh so much this.

Go back and watch the AEI-Heritage Foundation Republican Primary debate. David Addington, Ed Meese and Paul Wolfowitz were questioners. They weren't experts; they were thugs. And their presence and participation let everyone--friend and foe alike--what Romney and the Republicans will do AGAIN if Romney is elected.

I'm not even sure Romney knows what he wants to do.

Nor am I sure if he cares.

But I am sure the folks drinking his Kool-aid don't care.

Also, Obama signed NDAA, so I'm not holding him up as any kind of champion of the people. (Don't get smug, republirats, your guy signed Patriot.)

You're right. Mine is only going up about 10%, the deductible is increasing, and the amount I can put into my HSA has decreased, and the number of items I can use the HSA for have decreased. But I can't be denied for prior conditions.

And don't tell me I'm lying, because I'm looking at my enrollment page right now.
