Anyone with half a brain should realize that Sandy is devastating the BLUE states. And if they can't get out to vote, guess who's going to win?

Here's an idea: You wan to donate that $5 million so farking bad? How about you donate it to the Red Cross right this second. Or better yet, walk out on the streets and give every person you see a $100 bill until you run out of money.

I don't want any human being to drown in a pool of pestilent, sewage tainted water.

However, if someone absolutely must drown in a pool of pestilent, sewage tainted water, Trumo would probably cause me less grief than just about anyone.

There are certain people who shout at clouds and you should just not pay attention to them.

Trump is one of those people.

That was a beaut. Interrupted the season finale of The Apprentice to make an announcement.

I wish Obama would counter with 'I'll release it all if Trump gives up all his property and the naming rights to Trump'. Sadly, it'll never happen.Watching the hairpiece squirm and balk would be hilarious. Granted, ignoring the troll is almost as good.

Why do we keep rewarding this AW? Can we use an insulting nickname like we do for the movie theater shooter? I'd suggest Sideshow Mel but even some cartoon characters deserve a bit of respect.

I am not a fan of chris christie. But given his past statements, I actually have to reserve an iota of respect for him for publicy thanking the president for his efforts so far. Just think how trump could improve his image by saying "in light of the horror facing many of my fellow new yorkers and the presidents occupation in trying to help them, I am going to donate the 5 million to red cross for recovery efforts."

Now, realize what will really happen and despair.

Gee Donald, why don't you donate that 5 million to a hospital in NY that needs to redesign how they have their generators. Why not use your "world class" design and building experience to do some good for people, instead of being a world class a$$.

2012-10-30 04:22:47 PM
And once again, another article about this fails to notice the REAL reason he issued his bullshiat challenge. To distract from the news that he's been fired from managing the tower in New York with his name on it. He issued that challenge on the same day the public announcement was made that he was being fired. It's not a coincidence. The whole stunt was a calculated PR move so that the news of his firing would be drowned out to protect his utterly undeserved reputation as a businessman.

My guess is that in the wake of Hurricane Sandy he's probably trying to make sure the issue doesn't come up again since the new management company might be making announcements about the state of their property and he wants anyone who notices that it's suddenly not Trump to have something more "juicy" to talk about, again. It's a cold, calculated PR move and it seems to be working effectively.

Yea, I don't think that's true at all.

In fact, I'm pretty sure no sane person would expect or encourage the President of the United States to engage in a petty feud with reality tv personality.

No. False equivalence is false -- it's a douchebag move to score cheap press and political points by throwing around ultimatums like that. There are more important issues going on in this campaign, and Trump just wants to be the center of attention. If it were a liberal (like say Soros came out and blackmailed Romney to release his tax records in return for a donation to the Mormon church or some bullshiat), it would STILL be a douchebag move.

Well, to an extent, it *could* happen? If Rural NY doesn't get trashed as hard as the city did, and if the city can't get much (if any) voting done, couldn't NY flip?

It would have to be based on an equally stupid premise about Romney. What is the birfer equivalent for Romney. An irrational/bigoted conspiracy theory categorically proved to be false but still clung to by Liberals?

The problem is the left doesn't make up stupid conspiracy shiat to begin with and in the odd times that some leftwing idiot does, we ignore them and it never gets any traction. Their is no birfer equivalent on the left so your hypothetical fails.

Donald,

This whole batman villain who thinks the president should pay any attention to you act really went from being funny, to weird, to just downright delusional and if this isn't only for attention I honestly worry about your mental health.

Also, it's very gross and offensive that Trump imagines himself in a position to bully the President.

I am now convinced that Andy Kaufman faked his own death and took on the permanent role of Donald Trump.

2012-10-30 04:42:42 PM
Whenever a story about a Republican acting idiotic comes up, people like randomjsa immediately invent a hypothetical scenario where a Democrat did the same thing, and smirk at how hypocritical those imaginary Democrats defending him are.

But when the story IS about a Democrat, no such parallel universe is constructed. Only then does he have something to say about the act of idiocy itself, and nothing about the imaginary scoreboard. So whenever a Democrat does something bad, it's a win, but when a Republican does something bad, it's merely a tie. No ground is ever ceded, and the gulf simply grows wider over time.

"You would blame the Republican for not taking the rich liberal up on his offer." It's amazing how you just know what everyone complaining would do, and how it totally lets your "team" off the hook, every single time!
