Oh, look, Celtics fans b*tching about someone that left their team. I'm shocked.

I had no problem with him leaving. It's listening to him prattle on and on this entire off-season about how the Celtics offered him too much money and a no trade clause.

I figure Boston fans are the only ones that hear about this stuff endlessly. Which makes sense given the history with their media killing anyone that any local team wants to get rid of before and after they leave.

I've missed being able to say this:

So pumped for this season!

Headed over to the bar soon to get some wings and watch the game. Let's go C's! It is going to be a fun season.

You are probably right.

I find it humorous how big a deal the Celtics are making the whole "having to be there for the ring ceremony" thing. I can't ever remember it being so big that people need to comment on it multiple times and hide before the game for fear of ruining something.

Also, $5 on there being some sort of shoving or arguing almost fight-ness. Over under is 7 minutes in to the second quarter

Gunny Highway: You are probably right.

C's are the ones with the best shot at an upset. Mavs with no Nowitzki? I'll probably watch the first half or so just to see the Lakers' new lineup. I don't care about the other matchup (because it's two also-rans), but the Cavs should win, right?

Come on C's!

The best part about tonight is all the stupid chatter (all I heard was positive things from Doc and LeBron) ends and the play on the court is all that matters.

Pissed about Granger. Looking forward to watching the Pacers this season.

Yeah.

I have to work early so I will prob only catch the 1st half of the late game also.

Looking forward to seeing the Cs role players tonight. And Rondo of course.

Ugh. I was really hoping Shaq was not going to be back. Ruining my favorite show.

Chuck: "Size always matter" and a middle finger in the first 5 minutes.

2012-10-30 07:06:41 PM
I believe Chuck just flipped Shaq off.

I saw that, right?

True. The guy is untouchable.

Boston is better without Ray once Avery comes back. Lots of strength at the SG position.

I have a free preview of NBA League Pass. It is worth checking out.

Hoping Okafur has a solid season for Washionton.

Kind of like how the crybaby Heat biatched and moaned about the Mavericks doing their banner raising last year in the opening game? Hell Wade was biatching about the Mavericks when they were playing the Pacers in the playoffs. fark the Heat.

/Go Mavs, pull of the upset!

Not a lot of D going on in Cleveland. Not that anyone was expecting much.

They went on and on about it for a couple days and ultimately decided to hide in the locker room til it was over? Can't say that I remember that.

I mean, LeBron has been through a few of these and he has consistently kept a straight face about it.

Sorry, don't remember.

Then they are little biatches too. I know that LeBron had been on the court in Boston before after Cavs losses. Did not know they chickened out, as well.

So, as a blanket statement, it seems NBA players need to man up.

That was before he was Wade's teammate. Wade is a little biatch and it seems to rub off on LeBron and Bosh. Wade was the one biatching about it the most.

Boston/Miami?

Can't BOTH lose?

I know nobody cares about fantasy but here I go anyway. I was drafting on my phone last night because power went down. I was answering a text from a family member and logged out of the app. I auto selected Wade in the first round. Real pissed.

I would like to think Wade's ego isn't that out of control. Game 6 of the ECF was insane.
