I wish I had read this sooner. I would have donated money to her campaign.

This thread is going to be messier than a XXX movie theater showing Bedtime for Bonzo during a RNC National Convention.

I hope she puts it on PPV. I'd watch.

If her biggest flaw is that she plays WoW then I have to assume she'd be a pretty good Senator.

According to an interview with her I read on a WoW fansite, absolutely terrible. She hasn't even gotten around to buying Mists of Pandaria because running for State Senate is consuming so much of her time.

Here's a link if anyone is interested

Meh. Im pretty sure we still use Playerscore.

FWIW, Pandaria is probably the best expansion they've released since Burning Crusade. Really fun.

I have occasionally wondered how badly some of our politicians would fail if they tried to play "Sim City". It wouldn't prove anything, but it might be fun to watch them fail.

If Bush Jr wasn't a classic case of thinking all you need to do is station a few tanks in their major cities and build a few temples to make conquered people happy, I don't know who is.

2012-10-29 12:47:59 PM
I won't necessarily argue that some of the things she said are probably inappropriate, but as is so often the case in these issues, my concern for the matter is heavily tempered by the fact that it's republicans who are whining about it.

Maybe if it was someone who hadn't made it a PLATFORM to use nothing but hateful and violent rhetoric who was offended, I'd be more upset.

You can pick your own idiom: chicken little or glass houses.

Cutting taxes doesn't lead to anything but decreased revenue in a planned economy.

That is an amazing costume but weirdly makes her look um, heavier than I think she actually is. Still, she's got some incredibly beautiful skin.

If that was how we picked politicians, Herman Cain would become God Emperor of Dune.

There's a calculation done as part of the default UI called "average ilvl"; access to content through the Raid and Dungeon finders is governed by this number and a PUG raid will typically ask for a minimum ilvl.

You should have an average ilvl at least 6 over whatever ilvl loot drops from the dungeon.

I gave my account to my father. The doctor wanted him to get involved in something to keep his brain sharp and would work on his hand eye coordinator without putting a lot of stress on his heart or his bad hip. So now he's the main tank in a guild (prot/ret pally) and his wife is DPS. They four times a week, he had Pandaria on day one and hit cap really quick. He raids and does arenas.

The guild loves him because he's reliable and tells Korean war stories on Vent during slow times. He'll also walk on his treadmill and use the laptop to grind which the doctor actually encourages since he gets exercise and his brain gets a workout. Better than sitting around all day and flipping through Turner Classic Movies and the news channels.

So we have one candidate who lives in a fantasy world of monsters and demons and other imaginary beasts running amock, and then Colleen comes along.
