FTFA: Miss Migliorini vehemently denied being a prostitute on the basis she was only selling her body the one time

Of course you are. The bigger issue is: why is that a problem? The people-trafficking that they want to charge her with is to stop people from being forced into prostitution and sexual slavery. If she's doing this as a one-time, completely voluntary enterprise, I'm thinking that's not at issue here.

Goddamn equatorial puritans. When will Brazil get that stick out of its collective ass and loosen up already?

Does anyone learn from history? I think a stunt like this has been pulled a number of times and every time there comes an issue with sex trafficking and prostitution.

/stupid anti-pimping laws.

DId you throw that headline in a food processor before posting it, subby? I've read it 5 times, and read TFA. Your headline still makes no sense.

As for this woman, who farking cares what she does? Make prostitution legal, and you are going to see a huge drop in things like STD's, robberies, rapes, etc. Make this a regulated enterprise, and prostitutes will be forced to get licenses, will have to get regularly tested for disease, won't have to meet their clients in shady alleys, all kinds of stuff. It's really a stupid thing to have be illegal. We're adults, and we can make our own decisions about our bodies and our sex lives, no matter what you morons on the Right think.

He said: 'In prinicipal this looks to me like the crime of people traficking, whose repression is provided for in international treaties.'

So it's becoming a 3-way?

Oh, what is "traficking?"

2012-10-29 02:45:52 PM
Who cares? It's her body.

The person you should be going after is the guy who paid such an absurd price. Clearly he needs a psychiatric evaluation.

Brick-House: NO PUSSY IS WORTH THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY!!!

I think it's more of a question of how much it costs compared to what you have. I mean, I might buy her a drink and dinner to try to get into her pants. So if the guy is rich as hell, maybe that's not so much.

I don't think I'd flat out give her the money, but I hope you see my point.

George asked that question rhetorically, because we all know the answer.

Because a woman's vagina does not belong to the woman, it belongs either to her father, or her husband.

She is not even super hot or anything. All the pics I can find of her are with her hiding her butter face. She's got pancake tits too.

Also, some men place an inflated importance on virginity, so that might just make it a lot more valuable to this guy.

Yes she can. Think about that one for a minute.

You could put that spin on virtually anything. I take a girl out, buy her dinner, buy her drinks, buy her tickets to some show, and she then sleeps with me afterwards, boom I'm a human sex trafficker and she's a prostitute.

Subby not know good English.

Buy a virgin? Why? Bad sex. Don't pay for it.

2012-10-29 02:51:43 PM
FTFA: In a letter to Brazil's Foreign Minister he said Mr Sisely should be stopped from 'executing the crime' and called on authorities in Australia, where Miss Migliorini lives, to revoke her visa and deport her back to Brazil for 'the exercise of prostitution'.

How could they deport her for prostitution before she actually does it?

2012-10-29 02:52:07 PM
Isn't she giving most of the money to charity, anyway?

How do people know she's a virgin? Not all hymens stay intact until first intercourse. And someone who sells their first time doesn't seem like the kind of person to wait until 20 to do stuff.

Maybe she is like one of my college roommates - the one who did anal and oral and kept claiming to be a virgin??

I hope the winner of the auction is ready for all the cold sores (and other assorted creeping crud) he's going to have to treat soon.

2012-10-29 02:52:11 PM
His pecker is probably smaller than a normal man's pinkie. Her Hyman will surely be intact after he's done.

She'll keep her virginity, and he'll be mocked for life.

Forget about this side of the story. There's a more intriguing one about the GUY who sold his 'virginity' to the highest bidder.

I don't know how that's verifiable. Or are we talking about anal virginity here?

Well, sure. Because you're interested in good sex, not some sort of strange fantasy about purity or whatnot.

another fine example of how we the people have little to no real say in our own lives. vote for whoever you want, it doesn't matter a damn. a hard working tax paying adult of sane sound mind and body is not permitted by law to the joy of trading sex for cash or buying and smoking some maryjane. and on the other hand, i've never met a sane person who thought war is a good idea, yet our government takes the money right from our wallets and uses it for war on a regular basis. there is something amiss here.

In the original article (previous Fark thread) there was something about how the actual deed was going to take place on an airplane over international waters to avoid Brazilian law.  So you have to give them credit for at least considering the legal angle.
