Most people don't care if their politicians are actually good people or deserve to be elected to office. They have been indoctrinated into republicanism from childbirth and just like their belief in Jesus no amount of logic or reason will dissuade them.

The race is close. How is that surprising? Voters in places like Tennessee have been trained to be loyal to the Republican party above all else.

I guess family values don't matter so much after all.

shotglasss: Richard Roma: A third of the country would still vote for a Republican candidate over a Democrat even if he consumed a newborn child on live TV.

"Well, he may EAT babies, but at least he doesn't ABORT them!"

And all anti-life people would vote for a Democrat even after watching him perform a late term abortion in person. That's how it goes.

But I still don't see where this guy's job performance is affected by who he screws around with. Right, Bill and Hillary?

The difference is that Bill Clinton didn't build his entire career on telling other people how they should behave, but you already knew that.....

It doesn't matter what he does since he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior.

Republican ideology will not yield to reality.

Children, that there's what you call "false equivalency." See what junior did there? A Republican candidate blending up a baby and sipping it through a straw because they're sick farks is not nearly the same thing as performing an emergency medical procedure to save the life of a woman.

Late term and third trimester abortions are performed due to the threat of the life and health of the mother or a fetal genetic or severe deformity or abnormality of the fetus. Some of the genetic and fetal abnormalities can be found on the following address: (Link)

No one would be able to view a medical procedure the way they would in this example be able to watch Romney and his buddies sipping on dead baby stew from a hidden camera at a fundraising dinner anyway. And, the sickness that is Republican hypocrisy is not in any universe the same as a non-partisan, non-political subscription to the Hippocratic oath.

interesting viewpoint. my life experience is that politicians are lowlife lying self-serving connected manipulators with little or no morals or personal values and that most all adults are well aware of this. R or D politicians are not made to live up to their campaign promises. people are so used to getting such poor performance from those in office that most folks seem to have no expectations of politicians at all. it's all a huge hoodwink.

my BIL pointed out that there is the type that will declare "my grand daddy voted X, my daddy voted X, so I'm voting X" party types out there. that was one of the saddest things i've ever heard. ignorance is a horrible thing.

So were Republicans wrong then or were they wrong now? Which is it?

Just curious. How are you guys gonna clean up the mess you make in your pants in the event Romney wins? What of the schills plaguing all catagories of Fark interjecting "and that's what conservatives think"? Do have a place in this new world order?

Of course they matter.

And, Republicans are always pro-family values. All evidence to the contrary is to be disregarded.
