That's actually a concept I hadn't considered..... Very cool!

"This is Moon Flight 523 requesting vector for landing... What pad NASA?"

Pretty damn neat seeing the monitor on that guy's desk in the NASA control room. It's a live feed of someone peeking out at Dragon through a window on the ISS.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this is the first unmanned return of a supply capsule ever. I thought the Russian Progress had that capability, but apparently not.

Is that a magic 8 ball?

Nope. The first Dragon to reach the ISS also made a reentry.

Kind of interesting how the Dragon is a fusion of both the Apollo AND the Soyuz in design. Pret-ty sneaky, Sis!

Just showed my son, trying to get him excited about, 'hey, that's a _real_ spaceship, doing stuff _right now_."

His response. "Huh, that's kinda cool. But it looks like a lamp."

Yeah, those FAA Kaiser rolls *are* freakin' awesome. Soft, flaky, subcontracted out to Cinnabon, I believe.....

That's the first time I've seen a pic of a re-entered Dragon. Interesting how the parachute compartment is at the base. Not a bad way of maximizing the docking hatch size at the top.

Nope, this is a commercial craft delivering items to a space station. How`s the life extension going?

It`s not going better then eating well and washing your hands?

Oh well. Never mind, you could always biatch about people actually doing things toward their goals like that kid at school everyone hated who couldn`t do well at the tests so they turned into a bully if yours are stagnating.
