It's the old "My party is full of racists who keep trying to take away the right to vote from black people and enact legislation that puts more of them in jail than white people and is just generally terrible for blacks, and as a result 97% of all black people are voting for the democratic candidate, who happens to be black, therefore black people are voting for the black guy and are 100% racist" argument.
