'Frankenstorm' sounds like some idiotic SyFy flick: neither scary nor entertaining.

Yes, well, but, what if Frankenstorm carried Mega Shark inland?

At what point does a 400+ year old storm stop being called a storm and start being called something else? Maybe a prevailing atmospheric phenomena or something. Storms are supposed to be somewhat unusual events otherwise we would just call them just another normal day.

And what is "usual" about a 400 year old Hurricane 2X the size of our planet??

Skyfrog: Seriously, what is with this frankenstorm nonsense?

It's a meteorologist either forgetting the No Name Storm of 1991 or willfully ignoring it and trying to come up with a cool sounding media soundbite

As if that's not cool enough, that bit of hardware on the left is actually the SpaceX Dragon capsule, berthed to the ISS since October 10. It is expected to undock and return to Earth on Sunday, splashing down in the Pacific ocean at 12:20 PDT.

You gotta unleash the dragon.

And this storm.

Ah, see, this is a common misconception. The storm isn't named Frankenstorm. It's creator's name was Dr. Frankenstorm, and people just associate that with the storm.

/I got nuthin
