It isn't that your junk get gets bigger, it's just more visible once all the FUPA (fat upper penis area) and colliding thighs slowly recede and more of the feller stands out. You don't gain dick, it's just more visible and accessible. Having lost over 100 pounds I can testify to this (pics in profile). Actually I didn't watch the video, but I assumed it had to be about dick size because it was one of the most rewarding things about losing so much weight. Behind better health and life expectancy and that happy horseshiat.

What rudemix said. Having lost 70 pounds I also had the joy of getting reacquainted with the one eyed squint. Men are lucky when it comes to weightloss - we have our own built in measuring stick to check and see how we are doing.

Holy crap, congrats on the weight loss. I was at about 340 at my heaviest, started really working at it about 3 months ago. Down 25 lbs so far, and that's mostly just from eating less and more healthy, with a little exercise mixed in here and there. I'd ask how you did it, but I'm pretty sure we all know the formula for success when it comes to losing weight.

I've lost over 150lbs. and I'm still waiting for that particular benefit.

i'm around 340 at the moment, up from 325. i quit smoking what 6-8 weeks ago so i'm not holding back on being a pig. but i do miss being thin and wearing nice clothes.

i'm hoping in a few more weeks i'll have my head together and i sally forth on a diet. with my huge whopper belly i've only seen a portion of the amazing and wondrous mr.bobo and his friends axe & smasher for the longest time.

damn do i miss sex.

Now, don't be too hard on yourself. If you mind me getting all up in your biznitch, scroll and ignore. If you don't mind a word of advice...

Think along the lines of 'bento'. Yes? Small portions of balanced nutrition. A protein, a dark veg, a light veg, a fruit, a starch. All small portions but will give you a nice nutritional balance and leave you feeling satiated.

Obviously, moving around is helpful as well. Hydrating also.

Good luck and don't kick yourself too hard. You'll be fantastic!

wow. thank you phenn! i appreciate that you took the time to write. i think you are on to something.

my wife says i eat wrong, as i am usually/frequently hungry. she says it's because i eat 'empty calories' but i'll admit i don't know what that means. she also says i eat as if i was a 9 year old that was left home alone by his parents for the weekend.

and my Mom did tell me that my one Grandma, who was one of the few thin people in our family, would eat tiny meals several times a day. supposedly she had a little digestion problem and the tiny meal solution helped her get by just fine.

i wrote down your suggestion and i'm willing to try it. i appreciate your suggestion and your encouragement. you're a good person to share like this; bless you. thank you. i'm going to give it a try!

Since you seem open to advice...and I wish you the best in your endeavor....

Don't eat fast food, ever. It's poison.

Small meals of fruits and veggies - pretend you're Bruce Lee.

Don't eat things that come out of boxes or cans if you can help it.

Honey is your friend - avoid white sugar at all costs.

If you must eat bread make sure it comes out of your breadmaker. Pay attention to what you put in it.

Look up the baduanjin on youtube and do it every day. It's easy.

Just because you're hungry doesn't mean you need to eat. Being hungry won't kill you and it goes away pretty quickly. Sometimes when I'm traveling and the only option is fast food I just opt out - I put some nuts in my stomach to shut it up (or a banana - bananas are your friend) and just wait until my next healthy meal. You won't die.

Buy a juicer and instead of a full dinner have a light meal and some fresh carrot apple parsley juice - your energy level after a full day of work will astound you.

The Chinese have always believed that food is medicine and medicine is food - if it ain't good for you, don't eat it. Empty calories means just that - "food" with no health benefits. Cheetos and the like actually hurt you if you eat like this all the time. When you're down to your ideal weight you can indulge every once in a while (when I've been drinking I still get myself some pork rinds).

I sincerely wish you the best of luck. My mother was overweight her entire adult life and she lost out on so much because of her weight and inability to enjoy life. Ultimately, it killed her way too young.

You can do it.

Yes. The fiber in the fruit helps you avoid the badness of the fructose, and the fiber is good for its own sake (since a lot of people don't get enough fiber in their diet anyway).

Vegetables are a much better choice than fruit. But fruit (because of the fiber) is a better choice than a candy bar or a can of soda.

Makes sense... I guess I'll just have to take a dose of psyllium fiber with my high fructose tupelo honey. No way am I giving up that goodness.

Been using weight watchers online since march and have lost over 40 lbs so far.

I'm down to 150 from 210 at my heaviest, but I'm only 5'5 w/ a small frame so 210 on me felt like jabba the hutt.

I did it primarily on an Atkin's type diet. It took me down to 165, and then a bad bout of cryptosporidium from tainted water on a camping trip last summer knocked down the other 15 pounds.
